My neighbors son lost part of his leg in the Marine Corp. He drives a sports car and is handicap. He has said he gets the biggest kick out of people complaining when they see his car. He'll take his leg off and tell them he lost it so they could have free speech and act like an ass. He said they just walk away.

It was her sign, for her! People are getting crazier out there!!

When they checked, it came back to me. I have seen people who are definitely not disabled parking in the disabled stop.

The only one I really went after was the girl proudly and loudly proclaiming that she had her Grandmothers disability parking card “how great is that!” I am on a scooter so not to bad for me, but had watched lady with walker painfully walking to store. I created hell and high water. Got a massive crowd and photo’d her and card etc. then called police. Sadly even though police car parked 6 cars away. Nobody did anything !!!

I feel this. My dad has been through this numerous times. Major nerve damage in his left leg from a car accident. He is healthy but sometimes his leg gives out on him and becomes unresponsive (he has a cane or one of us to balance on when it happens). I have had this happen, except the lady cursed at me in front of my little kids. Not only do I have the placard, I also have disabled tags. Then she had the police come, and they questioned me. When they checked, it came back to me.
I have seen people who are definitely not disabled parking in the disabled stop.

I don’t “look” disabled and I have a tag. I’ve been disabled since 29. It’s ridiculous that we still go off “looks” in this day and age.
The only one I really went after was the girl proudly and loudly proclaiming that she had her Grandmothers disability parking card “how great is that!” I am on a scooter so not to bad for me, but had watched lady with walker painfully walking to store. I created hell and high water. Got a massive crowd and photo’d her and card etc. then called police. Sadly even though police car parked 6 cars away. Nobody did anything !!!

As someone with a disabled mother who doesn’t look disabled. Can confirm that you don’t have to be missing a limb to qualify. And I love that she says “well you don’t look disabled” while also not looking disabled.
I can back this up as someone who was trained as a CNA not all disabilities appear outwards one of the many cases could be nerve damage to (which my parent has) kind people often suffer the most…

My wife and I both have disabilities and we each have a parking badge. However, our handicap isn't obvious. Unless you know our medical history. Which is nobodies ones business. Rather, just approaching a person and appearing to be physically threatening can be assault. With her reaching into the car and towards the gentleman, he does not know her intent. I think this can be assault. Unsure, but I think so.

I feel this. My dad has been through this numerous times. Major nerve damage in his left leg from a car accident. He is healthy but sometimes his leg gives out on him and becomes unresponsive (he has a cane or one of us to balance on when it happens). He's had people approach him while he's sitting in the var because he doesn't look disabled
