Definitely , Mi band 7 doesn't make big difference to it .As I know , they only add more sport mode which you won't even use that much .30 sport mode in the band 6 is clearly enough for you .I believe every features in band 6 will be enough for you as well .There's no need to get band 7 with 2x price when you get a cheaper one but has nearly similar features .
