1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

From my experience/preference 45 minutes is good. 1 hours makes them to hard and almost chewy. 45-50 minutes is good. But just check on them so that you bake them the way you prefer. And flip them after 20-25 minutes. Anyways thank you for this recipe, it’s good!
