عندما بدأت جائحة كورونا في مجال كوفيد_19 على نظام الايجيارات المحلية لدولة الكويت في استراتيجيات العمل العقاري من تاريخ 2020/3/12 الى دخولنا في حوكمة الحسابات الاحصائية في تحسيب العدد المرحل من العاملين في اعمال الكويت من سفر الوافدين بعدد 140000 الف على عدد 2950000 عامل داخل محافظات الكويت من تعداد ينقص الى 2810000 على عدد 17000 عمارة بعدد يصل الى 527000 الف شقة من عدد الاجمالي 2810000 في نزوله من قبل الجائحة على نقص 140000 الف من اصل 2950000 في مجال النزول الايجاري الذي وصل الى نسبة تتراوح مابين 15% الى 20% حسب ما يكن في موقع القطاع الاستثماري في نهاية الشهر نرفمبر على مقايسة السنة من في مستند سنة 2021 من شهر مايو الى شهر نوفمبر على حوكمة السنة والنصف من سنة تساير السنة في نصف سنة على محاسبة النظام الاستراتيجي في نتائج وصلت الى نسبة 100% من نظام اعمال النظام العقاري على مستندات دولة الكويت في دخول 260 عقار استثماري على مزايدة 90 عقار حالياً على نظام الدولة في اجمالي 17350 عقار من مستندات الاعمال الفردية على نظام استراتيجيات المنظومة الوطنية في وطننا الكويت نستند على مجال اعمالنا في نظام المراقبة المبنية في بناء الطرق والعقار على تعقيب الحفظ الحافظ في امين المحافظ من حفظ الكويت من لجان الامانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء .
