I'm making this comment as I go, and I'm completely unfamiliar with this character, so everything I say will be based 100% on the information I get from the video. Second point that I was going to bring up was actually brought up directly in the video. The concept of "what is fiction" in the story. The fact is, in the Dragon Ball universe, the universe is not a fictional universe (in the canon. I know heroes goes into that nonsense.). So, her fiction manipulating power really wouldn't do much of anything. Also, as far as fictional character, we actually do get some idea of fictional characters in Dragon Ball. Namely in Great Saiyaman. We see that they are making movies of him, mimicking Gohan's spectacles while performing, which we all know Gohan is DRASTICALLY reducing his power. Also, this is already Buu saga, when these are taking place. In addition we have Hercule's movies, where its a fictional version of Hercules, who may be exaggerated to some degree, but based on what we see in the Cell games "recreation", they don't seem to exaggerate him much, but instead reduce other things to his level (unintentionally.). Point is, based on what we have seen, nothing in the DB universe's fictional roster is going to be much of a threat to anything significant in the "real world." That said, it technically doesn't matter whether or not she gets her fiction manipulating abilities. Because again, DB characters have that obnoxious hack that lets them ignore hacks based on shear power (could she remove that hack with her fiction manipulation? Maybe, but she would have to overpower their ability to resist hacks in order to get rid of it, so it makes an endless loop.). As far as I'm aware (with this video effectively being my only real knowledge into her power scaling.), her shear magnitude of power isn't terribly high, he just has busted hacks. This would ultimately result in characters eventually overpowering her hacks. Now, because I don't actually know the details of the power scaling, I will put her up to the BOG arc, setting her to the point when DB characters are very cleanly in the "universal levels of power are trivial" point. Again, I don't know if her shear power is even getting to that point, or is higher than that, but I find that there are really not a lot of fictional characters that actually hit that level of power, so I feel like its safe.

IMO I’d put her in her own tier, not soloing DBS, but just a vague tier.
U dont need to say vague tier or anything if u think altair see her opponent as fiction she negs if not she dosent simple as that even tho everything is fiction and i think that in like 99% cases she just obliterate her opponent if u think she wouldnt see it as fiction then ggs
If toriyama was a creator there then yes! It would have been so funny to have Goku just pull up in the final battle and be like "You look pretty strong, let's fight", and everyone just crapping their pants
If arale can exist outside of the authors influence then i say arale can beat her, she has similar reality bending capabilities. I do think its unlikely she can manipulate others reality since shes shown to mostly effect creations a lot more than the world of the creators itself. Even then if she was in the dragon ball world everything isnt fiction so she wouldnt be able to do anything to tbe cast. I'd say she would maybe get as far as piccolo jr. being generous, king piccolo might even be a lot for her.

yh the ability to rewrite shit is just broken beyond belief
How would Mazinger Zero beat Altair? Also wouldn’t the Elder God Demonbane be a better example if we use mechs? Pretty sure that’s actual strongest mech in all of Mech anime media. He is from a visual novel to be exact tho but close enough.
@@Wallie33. Simple, because Mazinger Zero cannot be rewritten, he exists no matter what. He's a constant that the Universe itself causes. He also has plot manipulation at his advantage.
And I simply am a fan of Mazinger and haven't read Demonbane so that's why I did not bring him up. But yeah, he could easily beat Zero.
@@toumabyakuyaAltair alters the real world plot, the writer of this character exists in the real world lol
@@RaickLopes-zo9xi However, Zero can affect said world as much as Altair can.
Can you do a video on the SCP universe?
Too much material, makes Comics look like light work tbh
This is a flat out lie.@@GLMZIGM
Its like they gave her way to many hax moves and shes just somehow got boring now.
yeah that tends to happen with these types of characters sadly
Nah I personally find that pretty cool. But mostly cause it just fits a lot for the story Re:Creators was trying to make. Like Altair is basically the definition of the super insanely broken villain character.
My counterpoint: Arale bullies Toribot every dat the week, how can say she wouldn't also annoy Altair with the same tomfolery of a gag manga character
Arale is god incarnate too, she solos basically everything
Rewriting the plot?
Get Void Shiki, Toribot and TOAA here
Altair bout to learn what plot really is 😂
for real though, I feel like Altair is hard to use in a VS setting because her powers since very very specific to her verse. I know you said you just made two scenarios, but it still feels wrong to put her in the same tier as Archie Sonic who is legitimately OP unlike how specific Altair is. IMO I’d put her in her own tier, not soloing DBS, but just a vague tier.
ooof void shiki... Type Moon verse has some of the most ridiculous blokes ever
Most servants cant even really do shit to altair
U dont need to say vague tier or anything if u think altair see her opponent as fiction she negs if not she dosent simple as that even tho everything is fiction and i think that in like 99% cases she just obliterate her opponent if u think she wouldnt see it as fiction then ggs
Wait so goku could've been in this world
If toriyama was a creator there then yes! It would have been so funny to have Goku just pull up in the final battle and be like "You look pretty strong, let's fight", and everyone just crapping their pants

Has disability to can write real reality if you are the dragon heroes literally every single villain has disability
But they have stories about Satan who is the strongest person in the universe...
Nah Altair don't have her own universe, she exist beyond the world of god(creators) and the world of god>fiction.
Lol she is not passing farmer with shot gun 😂😂 but in reality she solos dragon ball universe low diff😅
Ah, so she's will be pretty much mid tier namek saga character if she can't see dragon ball as fiction
I still don't know why people keep saying she needs to see a character as fiction to affect them. the answer is already on episode 1.
in the first minutes of re:creator she transports Sota to Selesia's world as collateral(side effect (English is not my first language :v)) and then brings the fictional characters back to reality and they can all use their original powers without restrictions.
@@zaphkielbellofiore185thank you someone with common senses
Nope you're incorrect, she would be saiyan saga fodder
The points on the video kind of say other wise.
Goku fuses with zeno to beat her at her own game zenku all powerful with his super duper hyper platium form 😅😅

@@ijudgeanime but to make my argument, if this character needs to survive by having the fans continue writing about her, then she is like Beerus in a sense, you kill the Supreme Kai and you kill Beerus, so in this scenario, if you destroy earth, the the people who create this op lady would also die
@@missyummy1040 yeah there are ways around her for sure
@@ijudgeanime hey, ever thought of making a video of giving character a ability or weapon and see who could use it better? Example would be "Which character in Dragon could use the Omnitrix or Infinity Gauntlet to it's full potential"
