Thanks for watching and commenting! There was something magical about Mull for us, too. We hope to return someday to explore more of Mull and Iona. We never made it to Tobermory, and had only a fleeting visit to Iona.
Thank you so much for watching and for your kind comments! This episode is the most popular of our Scottish Highlands & Islands series and I think it is down to the subject matter. Mull is a wonderful place and we’d love to return some day. :)
So wonderful to se this . My family was driven out generations ago from the English aristocracy. Had to sail their own ship to Canada . Thanks for sharing. We should come back .
Pleasant enjoyable video but I would like to see more information on places ... eg you went past the highest mountain Ben More on your right at just under 1000 metres but no mention, You went past a loch but gave no name, you must have gone through few villages eg Bunessan but no mention ...I did esp enjoyed views of mountains through front windscreen. Thanks I'll be watching more:)
@@fourwheeltravel next time Staffa and McKinnon's cave, Trishnish isles, Duarte castel , and a Scots Gallic lesson, Iona and the McLean cross,..... a trip to Tobermoray via Calgary with a finish up at the distillery - if it's open.
@@Morgan2XL Thanks for watching and commenting! We did make it to Iona in S1E4: ua-cam.com/video/cEy5npp-Hvs/v-deo.html Our trip to Staffa was cancelled due to inclement weather, and we regret not making it to Tobermory - next time!
Liked your comment but dislike the state of lockdown we’ve all been experiencing, to one degree or another. Hopefully things will return to some semblance of normality soon.
I've been all over the world. Mull is one of my favorites places on this planet not just Scotland. Thank you.

Things will never be the same again.
Glad we went in 2014, before all the orchestral manoeuvres in parliament deliberately shut the world down .
I have to laugh every time then I hear the name because our surname is mull.
Scottish Yorkshire pudding? It’s just Yorkshire pudding.
Yes, you'll have to excuse my attempt at humor. Yorkshire lad here, Sheffield born and bred. :)
Is this guy German ?
mispronouncing Oban often. they should socialize with the locals more?
Forgive us. We visited many places in Scotland in this 2 week visit from California and I am sure I pronounced the majority of them incorrectly. :)
