Thanks for commenting! I did actually talk about this on the previous episode regarding passing places and single track roads, etc. ua-cam.com/video/odsFx_yCDgc/v-deo.html In this case, if I recall correctly, the other driver just barreled through and forced me into the curb, hence my comment.
Hello Travel 4x4 TV, I enjoyed your video, may I suggest that you endeavour to make another trip to Iona as it seems you ' merely ' visited the Abbey. To really ' get ' the essence of what Iona is ' about ' one really should stay a minimum of four days, longer if possible. I have been on numerous occasions staying at John MacLean's hostel at the north-end of the island and many more times in the Abbey or the MacLeod Centre ( the ' Iona Community ' ), both of which one would normally stay six nights, there are shorter possibilities. On the seventh day you must vacate as the ' Centres ' must be made ready for the next day's arrival ( Saturday to Friday ). There are many things I could tell you about the Outer Hebrides..... Lewis / Harris / Bernara / North Uist / Benbecula / South Uist //Eriskay / Barra, and I am sure some of which you went on to experience !
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment Colin! You're correct, we didn't see much of the island at all beyond the Abbey. Time was not on our side (we ended up covering 1,500 miles or so on our 2-week trip) and so we had limited time at each stop. We would love to come back and see more of Iona, hopefully we'll get a chance to make it back across in the future!
Muito bom gostei da barraca merecia um vídeo exclusivo dela.
Por alguma razão, não gravamos um vídeo sobre a barraca.
I think the other driver knew to stay to the left and it was you who wasn't doing it right.
