I love the fact that Samsung is integrating a universal system. I think this may be the time I switch back to android after all. Innovation and technology is advancing!!!
I love Smartthings!!
I would prefer the station with touchscreen panel and allows easy porting of the settings to phone or other devices so that other family can control the smart home too.
Perfect for single people
Shockingly, there is NO WAY to back up the data or programming on a SmartThings hub. When your hub fails, and you buy a new one, you are reprogramming from scratch. When my iPhone broke, Apple gave me a new one, and I was able to fully restore it in 15 minutes in three mouse clicks.

There wasn't any value added to why this would enhance a person's life. Any thermostat that this would connect to already has the ability to program it, so why would a routine be needed. The entire presentation just doesn't inspire one to purchase one of these.
