As a person that just had an all-on-4 procedure... I respect you doing this, but you are forgetting about how sensitive the roof and under the tongue is during the first week.. even diluted mashed potatoes with milk feels like sandpaper inside my mouth... so far all I've been able to handle is protein shakes and applesauce. I'm on day 5. Its getting old fast..
I like oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast, soft tofu and scrambled eggs with with rice for lunch/dinner. Try pouring milk over cookies and eat with a spoon. Thank you for your videos and all of the information!
Liquid diet for the first 3 days and then Half the stuff your eating are not on the ‘mushy diet suggestions’ from my surgeon. I get masted potatoes, applesauce, creamy peanut butter, jello, pudding for the next 4 days. Then soft foods are allowed.
These videos are so informative! Thank you so much Dr. O! You are a natural behind the camera, sir! God bless you and your staff

I’m on day four. I can barely eat. I basically put applesauce in my mouth and swallow. Chewing doesn’t seem like an option even with soft food.
