For those of you who wonder how to enter flow state its best achieved through repetition Lets say you play video games a lot, when you use the controller your not looking at it to see which buttons to press. You already know which ones to push because you've been doing it for so long. Your body and brain both memorize it. You may not be directly thinking about it but your performing the actions anyway. Basically you're doing it without thinking because its all become second nature to you. Same thing with fighting. Because regular humans cant flow next to them, for obvious reasons. There body and mind has also tasted blood and they naturally break flow every day by beating people up. A person who subconsciously compares themselves to a stranger that is potentially a mma fighter. He will not be able to flow with him because his body can't connect properly to the average person. But the average will become smarter there always is a handler and a slave,. Flow governs everything, even death, the aliens, take peoples flow and gain richest, people who achieve flow in, games, fighting, sports, every day. They stole my flow. They are thieves, who use fear and flow to kill.humans. they are not fighters, they are pussy to highest extend. certain people can manipulate flow, but if youre a faker, you will get killed. They have ultra instinct with partners only. imagine a sitcom from the 80 how fast everyone is moving and acting, hitting there lines, its flow, it cant be broken unless your a GOAT/Alien, flow always comes back around to collect on borrowed power. It's easier for me at work than it is when gaming. At work it's just a matter of turning on my music and getting lost in the motion of the dinner rush. When I'm gaming tho, every little potential distraction impacts me way more.
You just got to not care, if you are going into something with variables, statistics, chances, you ARE FUCKED, you must believe in yourself and do what you do, do anything that gets you the W. I play H1Z1 and that shit can be very competitive, dropping 20 kills in 1 game is a fucking heart attack and a half, all you need is flow and if you dont have it you lose to anyone. but if you got it you can beat ANYONE even the best there is cause ive done it many of times and im not even a pro I just believe in MY flow state.

Love the flow state I’m a wrestler and I had a bad season because of my mental state before matches, but I realized that I should keep to myself and also calm myself like my last season when I had a flow state 24/7 it didn’t go by quick but not slow either??? It was weird yet awesome.
Can I ask you how you would get into flow state during your wrestling practice? Is it something that you jut naturally fell into or did you do certain things like breathing exercises or start your training at a slow pace etc.?

Even Pollock pieces, made with completely unique approaches and considered by many to be nonsense, have an undeniable objective quality to them. Something that could only be made by a master of their respective craft. Each splatter deliberate and purposeful. Michael Jordan's playstyle (before kobe) was completely unique to him but was predicated on thousands of hours of perfecting the basics. If what you're saying is true there would be no art schools.

My experience in flow state is complicated. I’m a fighter. A young and inexperienced fighter, but a passionate fighter all the same. I wish I could express just how much it means to me. I think of fighting every day, I spar when I can, and I have a new workout and exercise regiment. But it’s all useless if you aren’t training your mind. It’s even more useless if you do not accept who you are, love yourself, desire to improve, and are at peace with yourself. I used to rely on anger and hatred. I no longer do. I find it far easier to enter flow state, or my version, while at a concentrated and peaceful mindset. What I must do is this: I must focus on the now, forget an hour from now, tomorrow, my responsibilities, my stresses, forget them. Focus only on right now and what I want to accomplish. Then I must push myself to my limits. I must not hold anything back. Push even if you feel like you have nothing to push with. Those limitations come from your mind wanting to rest. Then I must incorporate all of my feelings combined and focus on why I’m doing this. I’m doing it for me, for my loved ones. I do it to grow. To prove myself and everyone else wrong. I must not doubt myself. Then I enter flow state. It’s not very long but it’s amazing. I feel like time slows and my comprehension of it increases. I feel like I have more energy and I don’t feel limited. I must master it.
I wish I had taken this advice when I was fighting. I refused to stop and acknowledge anything I did right. In fact everything was the opposite. I would hyperfocus on every mistake; not controlling space, evading going straight back instead of at angles, not pushing as hard as I could, etc... Now I'm taking moments to acknowledge achievements no matter how small. I haven't fought in 5 years 10 months. But I love the firearms world so I hope to get better. Its okay if I'm not the best. I just need to be better.
Repetition (correct practice) helps develop muscle memory, which turns to mastery eventually. Your muscles feel different under stress so muscle memory can fail us.
Some people have to work harder to achieve the same goal, so saying that you deserve something more than someone else is saying you know exactly what someone else is going through.

Through partial Surrender, one evades the suffering of defeat, maintain the pursuit of desire / survival without craving, and resign before mother nature to tell you whether you are strong. This is sound advice, the mental highlight reel has been a very helpful tool for me that I can carry with me throughout my days and it doesn't feel like a weight on my mind, but a guideline of where I want to go in life.
Ive never entered flowstate in sparring but entered it while playing videogames, Im just glad that I know I can access it maybe relocate it into fighting
Actually flow state is a moment that one is able to enter into when they are able to do something very well wether it be fighting, soccer, juggling and Flow Arts like poi, hooping, staffs etc..? It's almost undescribable but once somebody is able to enter a flow state in anything they can literally see when other are in a flow state or a performing state for an audience. Dragon Ball super fans ultra instinct as far as the body moving on it's own an going with the flow you are feeling is a very real thing and anyone can do it.

Got shot 3 times. Did help me not while been on ICU but it did help when I finally calm down n realized n accepted the position I was in! When I accepted it the healing finally came starting with my mental healing then it moved to my physical healing!

watching this episode I find myself thinking maybe Tony Fergusson should join a well known gym that has a lot of athletes, and has just basic MMA training and conditioning and try to isolate himself from the "12 year dominant force of nature" that he has been. It just hit me after watching Naruto what "Chakra" actually is. It's how long you can stay in the flow state for. People who can stay in it for longer are able to accomplish more because of it. When you use up your "chakra" you go out of flow state. The chemicals that make up the flow state and the amount your body produces is your chakra.
I don’t think you know what impossible is I ran thru a neon portal of rainbow light while competing in a sporting event, it appeared as a star on the horizon and then light rushed toward me enveloping all that was perception. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE. ... Took me until my adulthood to realize it was a 'thing'. That not everyone experiences 'it'. Or at least put a few words or names to the experience. Been happening since I was a kid. Can recall the first time it happened, and everytime since. One of the ways I know its happened is that I can't forget it, it's memorable. But I have no control over it , no attachment. It just is. Understood it somewhat as being 'in the zone' - What I heard sports men and women say. But they never really could explain the experience explicitly. Like I said it took me until adulthood, when I learned about Taoism and Zen Buddhism, then it started to make sense (Raised Christian Protestant- United Church, with a bit of Catholicism in PNG✝️🇵🇬 🙂). Took me a while after that before I told anyone. I had words to describe it now as an adult. Told my family first, not to brag or anything. Just to let them know I have words to explain this experience that I didn't know was a 'thing'. But apparently it is. It's hard finding people who have experienced it. My family understands but I can tell when we converse, they've never experienced it. Because 'it just is', free from attachment, like an out of body experience, a 'oneness' in the pluralistic sense, a 'wholeness'. Words I use now to describe the experience: 1. In the Zone. 2. The Tao- the name that cannot be named, that is all and one in the same. 3. Flow State. Comes with an awareness now in my adulthood. I'm 'made aware' of things around me and I have no control over it. (Is how I explained it to my family.) Manifests itself more often as an intuition of danger around me and others. Like I said there's no on or off button it just happens, it just is. I just know from experience what situations it's likely to happen. Once again, hope this helps someone. Yoo guys! Been searching for an explanation for this feeling for a long while, only felt it once and had similar experiences a couple of times after but not the same, the first time I felt it was in a high school soccer game where the feeling was like I wasn’t controlling my body in certain instances( like out of body experience) I didn’t have a sense of time, I couldn’t remember certain parts of the game it was like my mind took pictures of certain instances and I don’t remember the rest, I couldn’t get tired and an in the zone feeling, ended having one of the best games that season, everyone had me on a pedestal, not that I am not good but I was able to make things look easy in that state, I’ve been trying everything when I look back at that day to try and replicate it, but doesn’t seem to work, I’ve had similar where I had more confidence than some games but never to the extent of he first time, sorry for the long question but anybody can explain it to me and how to feel like that again?
I work in Sales and at the start of the day i make all my Sales id close 3 contracts in an hour and then fuck around the rest of the day. Its really annoying to know that instead of €4000 i can make €10000 a month. Iknow its mindset but after the flow getting back into it feels impossible wich makes it impossible every time.....

With football sometimes I got in the zone, everything seemed to click and everything worked.

Actually flow state is a moment that one is able to enter into when they are able to do something very well wether it be fighting, soccer, juggling and Flow Arts like poi, hooping, staffs etc..? It's almost undescribable but once somebody is able to enter a flow state in anything they can literally see when other are in a flow state or a performing state for an audience. Dragon Ball super fans ultra instinct as far as the body moving on it's own an going with the flow you are feeling is a very real thing and anyone can do it.
This is the exact feeling, your body feels like it moves on its own, time slows, everything you do clicks, your mind takes pictures of certain instances during whatever it is you’re doing,

Autistic s are frequently stuck in a flow state. its many of the symptoms... its just that its a nonsocial flow so it seems dysfunctional. hobby-interest wired..... flow that repeats into a routine. still feels like flow but repeats. creating a self soothing loop. created and reinforced by compulsion.

You can’t just get into flow state. It just happens. Flow state happened to me after a break up - I wasn’t even aware of it happening
It just hit me after watching Naruto what "Chakra" actually is. It's how long you can stay in the flow state for. People who can stay in it for longer are able to accomplish more because of it. When you use up your "chakra" you go out of flow state. The chemicals that make up the flow state and the amount your body produces is your chakra.
How about finding superman or flow? Books about flow states

I ran thru a neon portal of rainbow light while competing in a sporting event, it appeared as a star on the horizon and then light rushed toward me enveloping all that was perception. From my perspective my hand my body the field the people and the world ceased to exist
While my mind was on the other side moving thru this my body performed (not better, as I was) but as perfectly and precisely as you would expect from a Tibetan monk in perfect meditation achieving Buddhahood (read Tibetan rainbow body phenomenon) because that’s exactly what I did except while running in a live collision sport
When the moment had passed all that was said was good job and the game continued

Are all thing that trigger the flow state again adhd is one for all type of thing everyone expirences it different maybe I overly exaggerated as it not a 24/7 type of thing more like a 20 min-1:30hr on average

HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE.
... Took me until my adulthood to realize it was a 'thing'. That not everyone experiences 'it'. Or at least put a few words or names to the experience.
Been happening since I was a kid. Can recall the first time it happened, and everytime since. One of the ways I know its happened is that I can't forget it, it's memorable. But I have no control over it , no attachment. It just is. Understood it somewhat as being 'in the zone' - What I heard sports men and women say. But they never really could explain the experience explicitly.
Like I said it took me until adulthood, when I learned about Taoism and Zen Buddhism, then it started to make sense (Raised Christian Protestant- United Church, with a bit of Catholicism in PNG✝️🇵🇬 🙂).
Took me a while after that before I told anyone. I had words to describe it now as an adult. Told my family first, not to brag or anything. Just to let them know I have words to explain this experience that I didn't know was a 'thing'. But apparently it is. It's hard finding people who have experienced it. My family understands but I can tell when we converse, they've never experienced it. Because 'it just is', free from attachment, like an out of body experience, a 'oneness' in the pluralistic sense, a 'wholeness'.
Words I use now to describe the experience:
1. In the Zone.
2. The Tao- the name that cannot be named, that is all and one in the same.
3. Flow State.
Comes with an awareness now in my adulthood. I'm 'made aware' of things around me and I have no control over it. (Is how I explained it to my family.) Manifests itself more often as an intuition of danger around me and others. Like I said there's no on or off button it just happens, it just is. I just know from experience what situations it's likely to happen.

Yoo guys! Been searching for an explanation for this feeling for a long while, only felt it once and had similar experiences a couple of times after but not the same, the first time I felt it was in a high school soccer game where the feeling was like I wasn’t controlling my body in certain instances( like out of body experience) I didn’t have a sense of time, I couldn’t remember certain parts of the game it was like my mind took pictures of certain instances and I don’t remember the rest, I couldn’t get tired and an in the zone feeling, ended having one of the best games that season, everyone had me on a pedestal, not that I am not good but I was able to make things look easy in that state, I’ve been trying everything when I look back at that day to try and replicate it, but doesn’t seem to work, I’ve had similar where I had more confidence than some games but never to the extent of he first time, sorry for the long question but anybody can explain it to me and how to feel like that again?
