I have my mock contract law exam next week and I’ve been listening to your videos over and over wherever I go! Walking, driving, on the bus, they’re brilliant! Thank you !
ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!! Why this video is very, very well done: The ABSENCE of any (NOISY) music - thank goodness, no jingles, esp. the sudden noisy blast at the very beginning of some so-called lecture videos on UA-cam...that can cause "sudden deafness" to the unsuspecting viewer/listener, who often is wearing headphones.... Furthermore, of course, the lecture itself is so very clearly explained, as if the explications were for the consumption of young schoolchildren. Every single item is very clearly explained and then later further elaborated so there's no room for any confusion or miscomprehension....
+Greg K. There is in, I believe part 4, some sirens ,a ways off. But quite true, this really has helped my understanding of this s***... Sorry law is not my major, how do you people care for thiis sort of study, ha(accounting major-decisions are basically unilateral)!
A material breach is a party's failure to perform a major part of the contract. The breach is substantial and prevents the contract from being completed or defeats the purpose of the contract. A non-breaching party is thus no longer obligated to finish their performance under the contract.
