The only comment I have is that at approx 13:20 when you start the slide on "Assault"...your definition reads (and you say), "Defendant in reasonable apprehension." I believe that the correct definition should be something as, "An act by the defendant creating a reasonable apprehension in PLAINTIFF of immediate harmful or offensive contact to plaintiff's person." Bottomline, change the word Defendant to Plaintiff in (1).
