Please enjoy these videos that I've created to help law school students studying for their exams and graduates studying for the bar exam. I previously operated a tutoring company, directly helping students succeed. These videos were part of that effort. I want to keep them available for the benefit of current students. Let me know if you have any requests for future content!

And what would one do if she was never given Her ada rights to accomodations for her disability?

Stipulated agreements
But if a contract is not binding you can not enforce it in court, binding is necessary and sufficient requirement to enforce the contract.
Thank you!!
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE PARTS OF THIS
The "tramp" case; "if" was the term that constitutes "bargained-for exchange"? So if the man giving the coat said," I'll give you a coat if you go to the store and get it"; then that should qualify it?
How is the forgiveness of the debt not a "bargained-for exchange"?
when I sign the sales contract for the purchase of a movable asset (house), is the contract between the buyer and the seller or is the bank also involved (third party - mortgage lender)? Thank you and I hope to clarify this misunderstanding of the terms
I learned a lot about contracts. Thank you! my question is: is a mortgage loan contract a public or private contract? There are two clauses that I don't understand: the bank can give my debit to third parties, but in another clause it forbids me to hand over my debit to another third party
Ob-Li-Gor there is no "SHEEE" in this word. WHErE did you go to law school???
Very helpful. But ex-post is after an event happened, and ex-ante is before it did. Opposite to what you say.
My dad was pushed by a co-worker at his job really hard where he hit his head on the concrete floor and caused him brain bleed and he died I'm having a hard time creating a lawsuit other than workers comp.
Thank you
thank you: you are a good instructor. nia

Thank you so much. You're a life saver!!
I have watched your 7 videos of contact in 2 days. It is a lot of work for watching and imagine a lot of work in making these videos. Thank you very much for your hard work. Your examples of mowing the lawn, selling and delivering the corn, Suez Canal, house with the bridge, house with the fence, and the guitar issue are fantastic to make all the concepts in contract law so easy to understand. Thanks again for all the clear explanations!
Glad you like the videos!
Thank you for your 7 contract videos. They have helped me have a better understanding of Contract Law.
I watched these just before my final and they seemed to have helped. Thanks for what you did.

Love the video. A bit confused about how the Peerless case fits in here. It may be analyzed under mistake, but seems more proper under interpretation.

Thanks for note, and good luck on your journey!!
An extremely useful lectures for those whose exams are near
Never admit to being the NAME in court, ever. If it isn't a criminal charge, don't worry. As soon as the judge has finished speaking "are you NAME", don't answer to the NAME, instead take over by asking Your Honor if you can question Mr Prosecutor then proceed to question Mr Prosecutor. If the judge tries to butt in say "with all due respect Your Honor I am going to finish my question to Mr Prosecutor". Mr Prosecutor, are you acting as an agent of the Crown? Yes. Mr Prosecutor, are you acting as the trustee of the Crown today? Yes. Your honor, there is the trustee "points to Mr Prosecutor", he has his cheque book with him, make him pay. If the judge asks you any question do not answer no matter how much intimidation they try upon you. 3 strikes and they're out. When they've walked out tell everyone "I am taking jurisdiction of the court, move for a motion to dismiss." Then ask "when do I sign to get the discharge?". Silly fictional court.
i wish they were still teaching this stuff. This has helped me a lot. Contracts for whatever reason have been a challenge for me.
