    It's good to see how some of this work is done. I'm considering buying my first tractor, mainly for managing my own property, and I'm not sure if I want to go with new or make tractor repair and maintenance my new hobby to stay financially free and clear.

      A lot of the companies are offering 0% for 4 years or so, if I was in the market that’s what I’d go with to be honest.

    Yea you called it . It did look like a bearing should be there. The seller didn't give a crap about the next guy. Hopefully, you won't have to wait long for the parts. You will getter done.

    Interesting to see the gears of the inner hub of that tractor. Too bad you’re having to fix what the previous owner/mechanic should have done in the first place, but after a little TLC it’ll run good as new. The power wash did a number on it as well. Great work man. BTW cool new channel logo👍

      Shame it was treated the way it was. Hopefully the new owner will keep up on it so it lasts for years to come!

    It would have been much safer to just put a floor jack under the arm or bucket to lift it. If three cylinders are leaking, the last one can not be far behind. Are the front rims cracked up and have washers holding them? swap those out as well.

      You’re not wrong about the Jack. And as far as the wheels go, I don’t think those wheels belong on that unit. They had the incorrect bolt pattern so someone drilled the correct pattern in it, but drilled the holes too big…not my tractor, not my decision as to what gets done and what doesn’t

    I also have a B8200, if you would like to do more content on this tractor I can tell you how to add a hydraulic rear remote for the cost of 2 hoses and fittings(the valve is already on the tractor!), and add a skid steer quick attach for the loader using a factory part for about $500. I just finished up adding the summit hydraulic remote kit to mine.
    EDIT: I kept watching and now see that it is not your tractor, well I am still happy to tell you how I did it if you want.

      Thanks for the offer! I'm not sure that's something the customer would be interested in...he uses it for very basic chores around the house.

    I have a B8200. I had to replace one of the pipe hydraulic pressure lines. After I replaced the line, and refilled with fluid all the hydraulics are weak and jerky. I found I had put too my fluid back in. I drained some of the fluid. Is there a way to bleed the lines? I don't understand how replacing this line caused the hydraulics to act this way. Any suggestions? Thanks

    • @EverythingElliott
      @EverythingElliott  3 місяці тому

      Probably some air left in the lines. It will self bleed, you just need to use it and cycle all the hydraulics. Depending on how weak the hydraulic pump is, might take longer than you think…

    • @EverythingElliott
      @EverythingElliott  3 місяці тому

      Also, double check your hydraulic fluid level after everything is bled. You might need to add some back in to replace the air.

    Any chance you have the compressed and extended lengths of the boom and bucket cylinders. I have the same tractor and bucket setup with no cylinders. Found part numbers but having trouble finding cylinders.

      @EverythingElliott  Рік тому

      I don’t, sorry it was a customers tractor. You should be able to find all the specifics on messicks, they have a pretty extensive parts diagram catalog
