I wanted to try recording my design process, which is just kind of boring actually. but I also wanted to render the coloring a lil more than I usually do so its less boring I hope!
this character is called Hal, he's a seagull (duh)
I made him so my main bro Luka would have a friend for his octopus oc
he's laidback and kind of a delinquent. steals stuff, is generally a douche, etc. doesn't give a dang about danger
the red stripe on his chin is the equivalent of the red dot seagulls have on their beaks
and the blue thing on his pants is a tag, like that thing those birds have around their feetsies

His wings look so soft. I want to touch them.
I can see him as a kickboxer, but that might just be the music. Cool concept though, just imagine what kind of havoc a kickboxing harpy could bring!

According to Yvoi, he can transform his wings to hands, and if you're trying to pull his pants down, you'll struggle removing the belt, and that would take you time and Hal has the time to change his wings to hands to stop you from pulling his pants down.

it's 3000x4500 px with 300 dpi! I always start with a 2000x1500 canvas and expand as I go :D
