It's great you are back on track exploring !! Once you get your freezer defrosted before filling it back up, consider laying a thin plastic sheet like a place mat or flexible plastic carving board up against the freezer grill that way when it frost up again, you can just peel off the plastic sheet removing all the ice at once without having to defrost or have the danger of accidents chipping ice out. Love seeing the quirky side of society on your travels. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the trip up 101. We would go to the “Oyster Run” motorcycle rally in Anacortes. We would ride from Salem, Oregon, go up to Port Townsend on 101, ride the ferry to Whidbey island and stay at a motel in Oak Harbor. The rally is on a Sunday in the fall. Never knew what the weather would be like. Hope the guy on the bike was ok.
Nice video. You and Jax were with in 12 miles of our home in SHELTON. We’ve driven a good part of the route you are currently on and it’s beautiful on the loop around the sound. Enjoy the visit. We will be getting on the road full time in the next few months. Mike and Rosie, Shelton, WA
There is place called "Railroad Park Resort" south of Dunsmuir California on Interstate 5 that rents out railroad cars as hotel rooms. I tried it out for one night. Just a clue, don't try it in the summer as they don't have air conditioning. Otherwise, they have a "dining car" and other railroad memorabilia. Regular camping and RV park a little farther up same side road. This was maybe a dozen years ago so check before you go.
Well done , Another great Video ,We carry a 12v/240ac protable fridge in our RV , Its great for when you find a bargain on the road ,also we had our main fridge go bad on us it saved us from comming home we keep ours in the rear bin outside it has a slide that makes it easy whe we BBQ ,
Please keep in mind that I am probably going to offend a lot of people, but we live about 2 miles from Burger Landing and unless we have NOTHING to eat in the house and all the other restaurants and stores are closed, we don't eat there. So the fact that it was closed, is, in my opinion, was a blessing for you.
Your home decals are really quite stunning as usual. It is too bad about the motorcycle accident. Thankfully he was not hurt or at least, too badly. Can take a day or two to know how badly you were hurt. You park like a pro with your new and such a big rig.
My absolute favorite place in the U.S., the 101 loop...mountains to sea ♥️ thanks so much for sharing! I’m currently bed bound or you’d probably see us somewhere up there enjoying the awesome scenery too, living vicariously with this vid instead 👍 thank you so much, love your work and the subject matter recently is just extra happy for me 👍
Unfortunately the cooler is not working. using the 110V converter supplied it will run and within 20 Mins the converter overheats and shuts the unit down but stays very hot, 170F +. On 12v the compressor starts and shuts down with 2 seconds. I'll look for another one.
my sister and her husband live by the cassino , just before you get to sequim, and my other sister lives on hwy 101 just before you turn off to go to joyce, my grandkids live in port angeles, . I live in Palm Desert, too hot here. when i lived up there I drove for the County transit.
I'm sure you know you can download the Netflix app and download some of their content and cast it to your TV without any cellphone service. Just download when you have service. I do it all the time. It might not be exactly what you want to watch but it's better than nothing. You'll be surprised at what can be downloaded. The only thing is some have expire limits and some don't.
That cop waved at you as you went by the accident site. That was pretty cool. Guess he recognized you by the banner on your windshield. That's one pretty drive.
Oh and I forgot to comment on your nomadic fanatic logos on the side and back of the RV.. Absolutely great!!! And love the t-shirt that you were wearing as well.
In Washington state: If your city doesn’t have specific laws on the books, the default is that Class 1 and 2 e-bikes can go everywhere traditional bikes can. (class 1 and 2 are max speed 20 mph and they're what most of us own).
Don't miss the Community Airport Appreciation Day and Fly-In on Saturday at Port Angeles William Fairchild Airport FREE which includes planes, helicopters, Coast Guard, Cascade Warbirds, etc. The old WWII planes are there today and tomorrow. God speed, Jax and Eric
Back when the Hood Canal Bridge sunk , the traffic around 101 was real low . We enjoyed riding our motorcycles around , quite possibly a bit above speed limits . Been two years since we have been around the loop , about time to do it again . Going to Sol Duc Hot Springs ? Last time we did not go up to Neah Bay . If you need to cool down , take a swim in Lake Cresent .
I think i caught up with your adventures....what fun to be able to be mobile and for the most part free to explore..Never been that far North so interesting to see. I somehow picked up another interest watching tremours on the West coast so i can see your locations on the map, and right now nothing going on in your area, but many little ones in California area. Plus Yellowstone has been more active at times. No forest fires either compared to last year. So your good to go.
Darn! I missed you! I was at That Wall mart that Sunday. Good to see you in our back yard though.Sorry about the weather report for next week. could get wet,
Eric, could you tell us what the wattage use is on that cooler using the dc plug? we are looking for options to use with our solar when we have to evacuate for hurricanes here in the South. I checked the the link but didnt find that info. Thanks!! ~ Daphne
You're right Eric. Your class A won't fit at "That other campground". I do love to ride my Ebike on the ATV trails at Sadie Creek, however. PS, thank you for withholding campground names. I live near Port Angeles and the "Peninsula" has gotten so popular, even the locals can't get a campsite unless we reserve one a year out. None of my friends are eager to camp next to strangers who complain about our dogs while their children ride their bikes thru our campsite. Enjoy Eric! Maybe we'll cross paths one day.
Eric have you been to CBs nuts in Kingston? Can't remember if I've seen it on one of your videos. They have the best robust roast peanuts (you can get them at Mariner's games as well) and they have an old piece of Mariners dugout as well.
My little niece was holding that limited edition can last week at a BBQ party and her dad came back from picking up ice and he saw her drinking out of it from a distant and ran over to slap it out of her hand thinking it was Bud Light. He then said how the hell should he know it was Dr. Pepper because Dr. Pepper has always come in a brown can.
Burgers landing is open EVERY other day BUT Sunday lol you always can catch stuff when it's closed 😂🤣Oh well probably gonna be the case for me as well when I FINALLY get going! I live in a VERY small town and they also have a HUGE correctional facility, but on the sides and back of the prison are mountains so there's no where really to run IF they happen to escape. That's a cool little cooler thanks for sharing that info. Safe travels to you and Jax!
That’s a nice little fridge, great addition when you live in your rig cause these fridge and freezers are tiny 👍. Hope you tried the bike down the atv trails it sure looked fun!
Hi Eric. Thank you for the heads up on the dash cam. Got it. Will check on Dr. Pepper Berry. It may have not gotten over to the East coast yet. Have a good day.
That scene where you're eating the hot dog and Jax is looking at you like WTF, where's mine? Too funny. I also liked the footage where you drove down the road and backed into the parking spot with the voice over. It was different.
What a beautiful drive. Neat looking burger joint, quirky yes, lol. Nice place to hold up and explore. Really like the cooler, be interested in hearing how you rate it later. Be safe. 😊👍
Eric, that cooler actualy only runs on DC power. When you plug it into AC power you're using and external transformer that's on the power lead to turn the AC into DC. So the energy is coming out of your batteries as DC, goes through your inverter with an efficiency loss and is turned into AC only to be again turned into DC, again with a loss. The draw on your batteries will be less if you just use that DC plug.
Hello Andrew, I am Paris, the seller of the car cooler. It comes with the extra wall adapter and you have no need to connect the inverter or the car cigarette lighter, only connect with the household socket and it will be powered. Thanks.
@@parishuang6446 Congrats on that display of ignorance. He's in an RV living off grid. Any AC power comes out of his inverter! That thing you're calling a wall adapter is actually a power supply, it has a transformer in it that converts the household AC into DC power that your cooler requires. So as I already said, how it's being used the power comes as DC from his batteries to his inverter...

Eric, if you like DR.Pepper. They just released DR.P Cotton candy..
Now in convenience stores!
Meh.....They don't make them anymore

Interesting notion, I wonder if those silicone sheets would work as well?

Used to do that drive every week doing deliveries for years love that drive.
That little fridge would be great for truckers too.

Having a few motorcycles.....standing after a crash..is a good thing........Loud Pipes, Saves Lives. Always love your spirit in your videos
Burger Landing is closed on Sundays otherwise open 11-7.
Neat video & beautiful spot to hang out.
I enjoyed seeing the airplane building...
Beautiful scenery. One day we will travel out that direction.
Wanted to let you know we love It when you show Jax. He is so funny.

Oak table restaurant in Sequim is really good.
All the logos look absolutely fantastic!!! Subtle and classy. Very nice!!
Interesting little fridge. Might have to check that out!
Put it in the basement for additional food storage.
Burgers Landing Facebook page shows their hours to be 11:00 to 7:00, Monday thru Saturday, closed Sunday.
This trip seems to have been fun for you!! I hope it was.
Appreciate you taking us along on your adventures. Very inspiring! 👍

Nice little review on the cooler.

Woooow just stumbled upon your channel and you’re in my home town!!
Lovely location Eric, thanks for sharing it with us.
And I must say, you do look a lot happier in you last few videos, that’s so good to see 👍
If you remove battery, is it still an ebike?
At 6:27 it's Jax driving or just taping?
I love driving that loop. There is sooo much awesomeness in the Northwest to explore. Keep up the great trip.
I love the 101 loop. Second favorite next to the Mt Hood loop.
Oooo, that would be a good summer trip too!!! Hmmmm...
Man now I want a burger and that mini fridge!
Full tank of gas and explore, nothing better!
The RV is looking really cozy. Thinking the only thing you may need next is a good external mifi antenna to boost your 4G.
I love the word “barley pop”! Haha!
Ya seem very happy today Eric! Glad to see things going well for ya brother!
Nice to hear from you. You are closing in on 200,000 subscribers. How cool.
RV looks great😊
Good morning, Eric and Jax!
Fun video!
Enjoyed the drive.
You are back on it Eric, really good stuff.
I keep one of those coolers next to my driver's seat, great for snacks and drinks while driving.

4.5amps DC. About 54 watts when the compressor is maxed cooling.
Thanks Eric! We love your channel! Keep living your dream 😉
Coachman Miranda looks good. 👍

Loved the vid. Thanks for proving it is not always raining in Wa.
Gabe Thoms Shhhhsh. It’s supposed to be a secret!
East of the Cascade Mountains there's valleys and deserts...lots of sunshine in those places.
That's a great deal for the portable fridge.
Eric have you been to CBs nuts in Kingston? Can't remember if I've seen it on one of your videos. They have the best robust roast peanuts (you can get them at Mariner's games as well) and they have an old piece of Mariners dugout as well.

We are on the 101 but Oregon near Manzinita. Beautiful highway...be safe!
Really enjoyed the pulling in sequence. It was very creative. And made me laugh
The new graphics look great!
You are getting closer to 200,00 subs. Exciting!

That little drive next to the water was just what I needed....now back to work. Thanks.
Yes that was my question. Thanks
I like that little cooler I’m gonna look into that of my toy hauler Cheaper in the long run then buying ice when I go riding my ATV 😎👍I ride a lot lol
1:50 to 3:10 is one of the most beautiful footages on the internet...
Bummer I missed the code...it will be delivered tomorrow.
gettin real close to the big 200k! that looked like a pretty cool drive along the water
Very cool, yea, living without Internet would be a struggle for me also, but I think I could get use to it
For me as well, as I stream everything. No cable TV.
You find some really cool spots.
They got cherries for sale up there in Shelton this year?
They did when I drove past, yes. Might be moving on to strawberries now.
@@nomadicfanatic yeah I've been told it's a short season for rainiers and the red cherries. They didnt do too well
They're still here in Lacey all over.
@@nomadicfanatic awesome.
Love washington! We’ll be on our way there soon!
love that music👍🎼

Congrads soda reduction. Off myself I do the carbonated water thing.

A LOT of places are closed on Sundays especially if the owners are religious. You see this more in the south though
It's so beautiful out there Eric. Nice cooler too!
That cooler is awesome!
I enjoy your videos, they are usually upbeat and full of useful info, keep your personality!!
I really like that cooler... very handy!! xoxox Jax :)
