They were definitely instigating this situation dude is crazy but he was getting picked on used and provoked no doubt. Don't mess with crazy people
How can it be involuntary manslaughter ? If the child died from traces of fentanyl I could understand that but the amount that she had ingested could not have happened because of negligence
No addict is going to give their drugs away.
My new favorite channel!!!
That last cop was not that smart, and i am not that smart so i know. Tragic for the baby but it was like watching the office where the manager was a cop.
The Office Best tv show ever!
We fail our children/ they become adults😢; we then say they are evil😢i feel horrible for this guy🫂 as a grandmother with a 22 yr.granchild with mental illness...its hard to get proper intervention while they are young...
I love to watch a video, listen to the story to its conclusion, then have the entire friggin thing repeated to me. Please stop.
It's not overbearing. He points out the key points. Stop complaining or find another channel. Geez!
@@goodmorningsundaymorning4533I find the repeating of everything we just watched super annoying as well. This is information that a channel owner should be aware of. Constructive criticism is needed to make a channel better. So no, people shouldn't just "stop complaining or find another channel." We should give our opinion on the content, explain what we didn't like and then find another channel.
Its like malcolm in the middle when the little boy repeats what he said in a whisper.
kicker; The voice was really his alexa trying to keep him safe...
Not even a tear for that baby from her!
Dont do drugs kids.
Thank you for the upload, subscribed :)
"I bought it from Walmart for 89 cents."
Why do we need to watch the video if the narrator is just going to tell us everything?
😂He doesn’t tell until we’ve seen it. Probably helping out the people that go to the 🚽 or snack🤷🏼♀️😂
This detective is extremely masterful, and she’s masterful at building rapport. She’s incredible. Extremely gifted.
Is that sarcasm I detect?
@@deborahhenderson149no
It’s hard to watch grown up detectives talk to people like they’re children… it’s gross.
Early adult onset schizophrenia
Weakest reading of Miranda rights ever. The suspect understands a couple of those abridged words, sure. This should be considered fruit of the poison tree.
shutup
this guy is 95 cents short of a dollar
I hate it when the narrator cuts in to repeat exactly what was just said, it's annoying AF.
Don't do drugs kids!!
The scumbag "Jehnea" said to the detective : "i donno im just as clueless as YOU ARE." un-fuggen-believable!! that is so disgusting. she had such a lack of reaction and surprise when he officially broke the news to her, it was almost as if she was playing poker.
I could have personally opined differently had she taken some accountability, it had been a tragic accident, and she was hysterically upset upon hearing such news, but not one of those three things took place.
LIFE . . .
. . . WITHOUT the possibility of Parole for her. I mean she stole the life and unlimited potential of that poor baby girl, why should she ever get to walk on green grass underneath her feet and the beautiful wide open blue above her head?
Suprised how many people who claim to be knowledgeable on MH believed Brent's story on it's face.
"your baby is de..... Can't tell me" he probably can't believe the words coming out of his mouf
Dude's roommate wasn't keeping it 55TH ON 55TH STREET
Officers nonchalant "oh yeah", "Mmmmm", "oh wow", " Mmm-Hmm", "okay", "yeah sure"
Translation: "Yeah you're going to jail for sure bud 😏🤷♀️", "Mmmm yeah sure whatever you say pal, your still not walking out of here today without a jail jumpsuit plus a one way bus ticket to the penitentiary along with your name & life contributing towards my monthly quota 😏🤷♀️", "oh wow that's crazy, guess what my friend? Your still going to jail 😏🤷♀️", "Mmm-Hmm yeah sure, did i mention your still going to jail yet? Really?? I did??? 🤔 3 times???? 🧐 Are you sure????? Well just to be sure, you're still going to jail. 😏🤷♀️"
Why didn't Bret get mental health
Treatment????? And was his story somewhat true?
I think they need more services and programs.
He’s in one of the most monitored programs without being in a home for adults with disabilities.
This man is clearly under the influence of something or has a mental condition. The interview should have stopped as he clearly is not in a clear mind and this is unable to fully understand his rights.
He's obviously mentally ill, it's not a 'got 'im' kind of case.
Why does she keep repeating his answer very irritating
Correct me if I'm wrong here but I thought you cannot give the Miranda rights if someone is under the influence as they cannot give consent?
Self Defense!
The lesson for today boys and girls is don't do drugs
Never underestimate a goofball with a knife. It’s wildly dangerous
Way to take advantage of a mental case!! Real professionals!!!
Everyone talking about the first dude but nobody talking about the mother who killed her baby? Whats wrong with yall?
I believe him when he says a million times that Bradley was extremely high 😵💫 at the time of altercation
I believe he was truly afraid he was going to 🩸 🔪 🩸 him but it is so hard to tell what is true and what his schizophrenia is saying 😢
The last interrogation the mother put the Fentanyl in the sippy cup ForeSure she's showing no emotion after her daughter just died and all she can do is fold her arms and say I wouldn't know!!! guilty as sin that's a narcissistic and cold sociopath there I hope she has not got any more children and if so, they should be taken right of her asap.
Smartest thing he said was can I go in the psych ward
I would say no comment and ask for a lawyer as anything I say will be used AGAINST me even if I am innocent.
Wow! That female detective is so patient and kind. I'm amazed that she managed to keep that crazy story straight!
She was literally trying to put words in his mouth, very leading questions and she knew this guy was whacked out of his mind.
@@curtisbrown5939he isn’t whacked out of his mind. He literally has schizophrenia and a plethora of other diagnoses…
The first guy says "he called me out of my name". I've only heard black people talk like that before and I can't understand the grammar of it for the life of me. Where do they get this stuff....... "out" of my name?
I'm not trying to be insulting but the only thing my mind can come up with is sheer ignorance of the language.
This brings me to my next point.
Drugs are bad mmmkay
this man could slaughter Joe Biden in a Debate.
The way they treated him is how people die when they’re in police custody! Instead of getting something to eat like it would take 20 minutes! They didn’t have 20 minutes to give him to before they had to put the bracelets on! Extra wrong! He should’ve went to the hospital!
Mentality this guy knows what going on. He isn't to be played with that's for sure.
Doing drugs and being high doesn't mean u get away with a crime sorry
Guy below is correct where it should be a requirement in every state for people like this to have a lawyer with them or for them through every inch of the process after being taken into custody. There's no money for the Police to get out of this - It's all a waste of time. It doesn't/didn't matter whether this guy or his "victim" were ever born. They have nothing. Police are trying to extort a brick wall here.
Her child passed away. She is relaxing she should’ve asked million questions she did not. She is 💯 Guilty
i don't get why don't these people accuse others more, like two people had access to this sippy cup and you're going to sit there and tell the detective, there's no way the other person did it
"I didnt see the sippy cup"
...2 seconds later...
"I just remember putting the sippy cup in the bed with her"
I could never be a detective cause if I was sitting across from that "mother", I would've been across that table w my hands around... You get the picture!
There really needs to be breeding laws with humans.
GOT HIM!?! GOT WHAT?? The last thing she asked is was it in the hall or in the room. There was no got him, you're a show boat drama queen aren't ya?
Last one was unbearable. Couldn’t hear the word sippy cup one more time. Jesus Christ
I hate that f'n word. Sippy cup
Severe schizophrenia
