I came to this decision that I just want to live in the moment and I didn’t want to live for the future or the pass. I don't think this applies to every goal. Our hope and dreams are quite different from our ways and means. For instance, if I became a beggar just for me to achieve my goal doesn't mean you will achieve that same goal being a beggar.

I really wish I would have been guided to go within at a young age 31 years I lived blind to my own being never thought about self care allways running around playing with fire and poisons seeking acceptance from those around me only to grow tired and angry lost and ignorant I've been working on healing for 2 years and it's not easy with a lifetime of self destruction..altho I accept my failures and neglect I live life with love to all things even what hurts ..teach your children the art of meditation and self awareness
