I tried roommates but every one of them were on a hard drug. So I gave up. Been in my car for a few years now. I praise God for His presence. He's with me every step of the way.

I am in an apartment bldg that needs a great deal of work on it and it's extremely triggering and Toxic as most Shelters are in some way. Why are you still in your vehicle and where are you now? I am a Lady who I believe is a Christian. Not into drugs, smoking or anything. I may have the odd Wine or beer at Holidays like Christmas, Birthday and lately by myself as l prefer that at this time. Somehow we got on the subject of praying. He was dying from many ailments, he turned and looked me straight up and personal like and said, "prayer is so important"! He was emphatic (not in a crazy way) and very somber when saying it. Before we parted ways, he asked me to pray for those no one prays for. I wonder if he's suffering now or with the LORD. Praying… is just crying out to God, pour out (my) your heart… sometimes even with a loud and desperate voice… much tears… but just pour out your heart before God!! And I think this fact has been recognized by great spiritual masters in the past. Surely it is better to pray with a wandering mind than not pray at all

Just start blurting it out no matter how silly you feel and you think it’s not real do it anyway. I have heard some people talk and it sounded just like their language. So I think it’s real.

He is our most loving and caring “Daddy”…. When I prayed as I just wrote - so many I times God directly answered me in giving me a verse of the bible…sometimes nearly audible…in desperate need God even gave me a dream or vision…he knows…when we need the “special” help….and freely gives ist!

I agree with the makers of this videos about a persons mind wandering in prayer but in practice it is virtually impossible to stop your mind wandering. And I think this fact has been recognized by great spiritual masters in the past. Surely it is better to pray with a wandering mind than not pray at all
