The fact this video was shot on the roof of the World Trade Center is crazy. So weird to see the towers and how much energy this song had was incredible.
Its crazy that I didn’t recognise the WTC, private because I was so young at the time it went down
@@kabirconsiders This was filmed in 2000 and won best rock video at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2001. The show was on September 6, 2001.
@@stephaniebrown791 YES THAT JUST BLOW'S MY MIND
@@stephaniebrown791
Exactly!
The music video was filmed around ONE YEAR before the 9/11 attacks.
Like you saíd, Limp Bizkit won an award at the MTV Music Awards in early September 2001 and even received a "Thank You" letter from the *World Trade Center* personal on SEPTEMBER 10, 2001...
Omg when I was a kid there was a modified pickup in my neighborhood with the back full of speakers, this was his favorite song to blast at Max volume xD
This songs a blast from the past right?? I’ve never seen the vid before but it’s sooo early 2000s
Limp Bizkit gets unwarranted hate here in the States, but objectively speaking they really are a fun band making great music
People like to hate for no reason, I really liked this song they can’t be that bad!
@@kabirconsidersno shit… Limp Bizkit is historically an underrated band who seemed to resemble the status quo but emulated much differently.
This used to be one of my favorite songs
It’s such a banger, can’t believe I’m just hearing it
You look in your element with this reaction Kabir. Rock on bro!!! 😊😊😊😊
I had a lot of fun with this one 😂
The car is a Bentley Azure. The video was filmed in September,2000 atop the south tower of the World Trade Center, NY, New York, USA. The "Rollin'" video received the award for Best Rock Video at the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards. On September 10, 2001 (one day before the Twin Towers were destroyed in a terrorist attack),
Limp Bizkit received a letter from the World Trade Center, thanking them for featuring the towers in the video.
People always forget how big they were. They were, quite literally, the biggest band in the world for a couple years, breaking sales records and whatnot. It was nuts.
limp bizkit is still one of my favorite bands. Fred drust is an underrated genius. One of my favorites of theirs is "no sex" not a party banger, but deep considering the type of music limp was known for.
I don’t know why linkin park are hated on, this song is epic!
@@kabirconsiders which linkin park song? lol I feel like this was posted to the wrong comment lol
Next is "Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit
Onto the list it goes!
@@kabirconsiders omg yes! there are tones of celebrity cameos in that video plus the song is a banger!
@@kabirconsiders Break Stuff is a great song to vent anger like after a really shitty day of work.
@@kabirconsiders and please do Counterfeit but live ( ua-cam.com/video/2cAS6ibSsec/v-deo.html ) it's one of my favorites.
Rap-Rock does sound incredible when done well… Limp Bizkit definitely did it well 🤘
Check out 3 dollar bill....Best Limp Bizcut album ever!!!! So raw!!!
Try checking out Rammstein: Paris-Du Hast. I think it will def leave an impression.
I’ll put it on my list!
Lol this was my era....we use to cruise while blaring this on the car CD player
This song keeps me making me think of the First Fast and Furious movie in 2001 because this song was in that movie.
Now that’s a classic movie! Back then the franchise was fresh and original
Still rolling 2022!
You gotta do limpbizkit - my way
Limpbizkit - N2gether now
If u a hip hop fan check out the band P.O.D especially youth of the nation.... bars
I’ll check them out!
I am glad this July 4th that at least here in the Bay Area and California, we where able to get back to basha games and block parties and barbecues and fireworks shows!
Sounds like you had an awesome time!
@@kabirconsiders sorry I meant to say baseball games. How are things with reopening stuff in London and the UK?
Ever one and there mother was rocking red yankee caps back in the day
My favorite song by them is “N 2 gether now”. U should check it out is has method man in it too
I’ll check it out!
@@kabirconsiders
Kabir here are 3 you need to check out
( I am not kidding bout this title ) Limp Bizkit : Nookie ua-cam.com/video/JTMVOzPPtiw/v-deo.html
Linkin Park “ Crawling “ ua-cam.com/video/Gd9OhYroLN0/v-deo.html
The band Perry “better dig 2 “ ua-cam.com/video/ZIdCo_QAz_E/v-deo.html ( the band is full of siblings )
The guys in the car at the beginning are Stephen Dorff who is known for playing Deacon Frost in the movie Blade and Ben Stiller from There’s Something About Mary and Meet The Parents/Meet The Fockers
Also, react to Jay Z and Linkin Parks MTV live mashup performance of Points of Authority/99 problems!
Yeah I heard the Jay Z Linkin Park album was epic, I need to check it out
@@kabirconsiders yeah it's one of my fave albums ever. The album was released by MTV and then MTV produced a live performance which is online now on UA-cam.
@@kabirconsiders but you have to do the live version... A must!!
It was awesome see u jamming!!!!
Yeah I loved this track!
@2:12 damn nothing dates the video better than that, the Twin Towers.
Yeah, I didn’t even recognise them until someone else mentioned them!
This was Undertaker's theme song from when he was Biker Taker
I miss Taker 😩
Dude. When I hear this song all I can think of 2001 Undertaker in WWE. He used this as his theme song at the beginning of his Biker persona
Put your hands up, put your hands up,
put your hand up, put your hands up.
Put - Your - Hands - Up!!
Korn "Blind" (Album Version)
Nice reaction!
You were right at the beginning, it's from the late 90s/early 2000s period of time.
It was released in the fall of 2000.
Part of the music video was filmed on top of one WORLD TRADE CENTER building!
It was filmed around ONE YEAR (August~September 2000) before the 9/11 attacks in 2001.
Limp Bizkit won an award at the MTV Music Awards in early September 2001 and even received a "Thank You" letter from the *World Trade Center* personal on SEPTEMBER 10, 2001...
This, Biggie Smalls (Notorious B.I.G.), and Mystical along with many others were a staple of car tracks to get pumped up before clubbing, house parties, raves, etc.
Lots of amazing bands from the 1990s and 2000s
dude. that was and still a great track. It was filmed on top of the World Trade Center. North Tower. I missed this yesterday All Power went out just got it back 5am this morning . Guess what happened in NYC. Mesocyclone hit hard in Queens. took down trees and Power lines. Don't worry about your content. You Hit on Reactions that no one else was doing. I now see all the Copy cats rehashing what you came out with first. Yep. You wanted to do all the other stuff, But you found a niche that no one else was covering. Keep doing what your doing, by going out of the box. Thank you again Kabir
Actually it was the South Tower. The North Tower had a giant antena on it, so I am not sure filming on that Tower would work. South Tower had an observation deck though
That baseline drives this song hard.
Great song if you ever need to get hyped for something.
Absolutely, a real energiser
Talk about nostalgia lol! I remember when this song first came out and got so popular with the video and everything, a lot of the girls in my school started walking around in sagging sweat pants, sports bras or cut off tank tops and backwards caps lol. Quite a few of them ended up sent home to change clothes too lol. Great reaction as always, really bringin back the memories there lol! If you start being able to do more music reactions, you should also check out Linkin Park if you aren't familiar with them. "Numb" is a good one by them as is "In The End" which has 2 versions actually, the regular original version and then also a version that they collaborated with Jay Z I believe it was, which is sometimes called the "Encore" version if I'm not mistaken but either shouldn't be too hard to locate on youtube lol.
I’ll put some linkin park on the list! They’ve got a huge fanbase they must be good
Lol this was my jam when I was 15. Riding around with my older friends. Doing those small town loser laps
Loser laps 😂
It was funny seeing him react to this for the first time to someone that was playing it back in the day. He's right though when they're synced up in the back during the chorus hits pretty hard years later. What it really shows is that there should be more rap songs with actual instruments.
@@kabirconsiders do you guys do loser laps in the UK? It might just be a rural thing. It's when you just get your license at 16. You have all this freedom but no where to really go. So you and your friends drive from the school to the three or four hangout parking areas blaring your tunes, shit talking, or hooking up with the other vehicles full of kids. They eventually lead into bonfire parties in the woods on weekends. It's like a teenage rite of passage in my area. It's funny to see that things haven't changed with the new groups of 16 year olds every year. Different music, cars, and styles but same old spots.
Kabir you should react to In Living Colour - Cult of Personality! Straight up 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’ll put them on my list!
Fred Durst grew up around Gastonia, North Carolina...."The Gas House" not an easy place to grow up for people that have grown up there!!!!!
Is it a really rough area?!
@@kabirconsiders some places are rough. It's a suburb of Charlotte but a lot of drug crime and gang crime depending on what part of Gastonia you live in but from what I understand the area where he grew up was not to good....
I play warzone with the lead singer Fred Durst. He's one of my gaming buddies under the name Redcap and the friend of a friend. I have a standing offer for tickets to his current tour, but none of the shows are within an 8 hour drive. :/
No way! You’ve totally got to make the trip at some point
So.... Drive the 8 hours.. 😂 🤣
This song was Official UK Number 1 for 2 consecutive weeks and stayed in the charts for 13 weeks. I remember I couldn't put a music channel on without seeing this video! They made the video as a parody and were suprised that people thought they were being serious.
There's a remix to this song from the same album which features DMX, Method Man and Redman! I really recommend listening to that.
Limp Bizkit are one of my all-time favourite bands and they get hated on a lot but it's just fun music not to be taken so literally.
I was never really a Limp Bizkit fan. But their song Break Stuff is a great song to vent to if you're having a really shitty day.
I’ll check it out
Yeah they sang this at Wrestlemania 19.
I need to see a vid of that, I bet the crowd went nuts
ua-cam.com/video/to_xM_HxRJo/v-deo.html
Yeah I had that red yankees hat around 1999 or 2000
Have you still got it?! Vintage hats are pretty sought after!
@@kabirconsiders I left the durn thing in the back of my car in high school when I didnt wear it...the hard sun bleached it..i may have it in some box but best vintage thing I kept is a transformers fortress maximus that now is worth over $800...thank you mom I miss you
WWF used to use this song 🎵.
It’s an epic track, can’t believe I’m just discovering it now
Awe man this video! 😂
I was rocking out!!
Listen when I was a kid this was the biggest thing since sliced bread how have you not heard this?? Ffs the undertaker used to come out to it when he first come back as the American bad ass
If you would like to consider the 80est of 80s music look up Ebn Ozn AEIOU Sometimes Y. Would be interested to see your reaction.
Music's videos usually get blocked a lot on u-tube. Especially reactions
And yeah record labels don’t like people reacting to their music for some reason
You gotta do. "Nookie" "my generation " and break stuff.
What cha gonna do now? Lmao I still think it is a banger! Great reaction! Thanks😎😎😎
Rollin
in the beginning of the song, he says "Chocolate Starfish". What is starfish another word for ? LOL
This use to be the Undertaker's entrance theme for a time in WWE
Really??? Crowd must’ve gone nuts when he walked out to this
@@kabirconsiders actually he use to ride a motorcycle to the ring. I think he only used it a few times before changing it to another track.
@@kabirconsiders and they performed at Wrestlemania 19 when he entered
Deadman walking.....
Dang Im ready to break some ish now LMAO!!
Yeah this was a real head banger!!
I didn’t know you were doing music videos. Well then you gotta check out my favorite girl group 4th Impact. Try Leave the door open, or Ice Cream, or Panalo. You know I won’t steer you wrong. Remember to check out MICROBURSTS too
I’ll whack them on my list!
@@kabirconsiders be prepared….they’re so much better than we are used to most become overloaded and go zombie with mouth wide open. Just saying bro…wear a seat belt
I think you should react to Audioslave Cochise.
I’ll put it on my list!
Great song. My favorite song is a rammstein song called hallelujah. Or teir 1997 bizzare festival
I’ve heard of rammstein, I’ve definitely got to put some of their stuff on my list!

The most 2000's song ever XD
Nostalgia!
This band was huge for angry teens in the early 2000s
Angry teens 😂😂
They did a remix with dmx to this song too
Same
I saw them on tour in the early summer of 99 with methodman and redman and that tour was crazy!!!!! It was definitely bring though!
If you want rap over a sort of metal background...check out Rage Against the Machine. Killing In The Name Of and Bulls On Parade are two of their best songs. They're a million times better than Limp Bizkit.
Sounds good, hopefully UA-cam lets it through
Absolutely! I saw them and Wu-Tang in concert together in 1997....one of the best shows I've ever been to!
@@kabirconsiders if you do react to Rage, have the lyrics on the screen so you can get the full impact of what they're about..
Also do you have a Patreon set up?
Not yet, need to do it this weekend

These guys got booed off stage in Chicago 😂 they played like twenty minutes and walked off stage. Probably had something to do with all the garbage people were throwing at them. 😯. If you want some good rap rock it’s Rage Against The Machine all day. ✌️maybe even hed PE
If u like this one check out break stuff.

Thanks for the suggestions Matthew I’ll check these bands out!
Symphony of Destruction is a mad classic. I'm an 80's metal baby. Old school metal is mad good. It's weird to see so many hip hop, and rap enthusiasts react to old metal, and the lyrics. Like they just weren't around it, or thought it was just loud noise... The largest concert in history was metal.
This song is earthquake
AC/DC WILL NEVER LET ANYONE REACT TO THEIR SHIT! They arr copy right happy to the teeth.
Yeah I’ve made like 3 reactions to their stuff, none got through. I think Patreon is the only option I’ve got left

Limp bizkit pretty much got wiped off the the face of the earth after Eminem hit the scene. The entire band just fell apart after 1998. The lead singer Fred durst has been dealing with a trial acting and backstage career. the Band tried coming back in 2008 but it fell apart fast. Currently they came back in 2011 but the record did not do very well. the Band is not well at the moment.
That’s a shame, I really like this song and if the songs are of a similar vibe they seem like a pretty good band!
Shut up dude. Limp Bizkit was the biggest band on the planet when this song hit the charts. And that was in 2000 when Eminem was already big. You're just a hater.
