    Looks delicious! You are spot on; the key is cooking TO TASTE! I will definitely try this for thanksgiving. Curious as to why you add the tobasco sauce though. I have my secret ingredients that I can't seem to cook without, for me it's pure maple syrup for sweetness, and worcestershire sauce for savory, but I never thought of adding tobasco to cranberry sauce. Would love to hear your thoughts!
