Abdusattorov's (black player) last move is called a "pin". Basically, it is a tactic to force the opponent to sacrifice a piece to protect a more valuable piece. In this case, Carlsen (white player), saw that his Queen (the second most valuable piece in the game) was pinned to his King (the most valuable piece in the game). As he thought there was no chance of not losing the game after losing the Queen, Carlsen resigned the game, i.e., voluntarily accepted the defeat.
