I'm 27 years old I've suffered most of my life with anxiety and depression,although always been a very spiritual person.2 months ago ,well I just suddenly woke up it's like I just finally started seeing the true nature of reality just bang.I started meditating every day and I am on the road to becoming a better person and my anxiety and depression has all but cleared up.I thank meditation and mindfulness .Its hard at first but gets easier with daily practice.

What's most important: concentrate on your breath (through nose) throughout the whole mediation. this will help you to let go of your thoughts.

I love love LOVE this....sooo soothing. My boyfriend usually falls asleep the first couple minutes in lol. We use it for relaxation and sleep. Works like a charm!
I have a GIGANTIC test coming up. I was feeling really stressed so I thought I'd meditate. Then, I came across your video. I felt so better! Now, I don't fell stressed about my test!
I went deep into meditation BUT the ad startled me. Can you please put the ad before the meditation starts.. otherwise it's really disturbing when you are in deep trans like state and suddenly wake up from the ad. Thank you
Seriously, a midroll ad?? I was finally so relaxed for the first time in what feels like weeks and was blasted out of it by a full volume car parts commercial and wasn't able to get back to that feeling of calm. Frustrating.
Interesting points. I can agree and one up it. Short version: After the Venezuelan and Greek horror stories I decided it was time to do some preparing. I did some basics. Food, water, fire arm, etc. After a short time of this my girl changed her mind about things. Said she didn't believe in an economic collapse even though we watched all the same videos. Called me a cook and kicked me out. Even when some people see the facts. The scare factor makes them disbelieve it.
Thank you so much for this, it is very helpful. It works for me better each time (I didn't actually really enjoy it the first time) so people keep trying. It's great because it is short and easier to fit into a busy day. Cheers :)
Did this change from yesterday? I’ve been listening to this meditation on an off for a couple of years now and it was my favourite one. It always helped me to fall asleep, but it’s something different about it now. It’s shorter and it’s not the same “script” as before? It really threw me off and I can’t relax to it anymore.

this video is good ... however, there were two things I am not sure the narrator mentioned were correct: 1) when you breathe, your stomach should not rise. put your right hand on your chest, and your left hand on your stomach. if your left hand goes forward when you breathe, you are breathing wrong. Meditation is not just about closing your eyes and sitting thinking about nothing. it is also about correct breath. 2) just in one meditation sitting, kundalini (chakra) cannot be awakened.

Try listening to Joseph Goldstein, insight podcast on Buddhism and mindfulness along side regular meditation practice and you will notice much more effect from your meditation alone.

You need to change your video monetization settings. Advertising now pops up in the middle of the mediation. It ruins it
