Tent looks like a Hilleberg Enan. My first tent was a Wild Country Mistrel, it got destroyed in the Carigorms in a storm. Got A Hilleberg Tarra after that, their strongest 2 person tent.
The tent is a Wild Country. It's done very well for a few years especially for a cheaper ish tent. It's probably not the best tent for winter camping at all so I think I will be on the lookout for a stronger tent such as a Hilleberg! This tent is also the smallest 1 man tent ever, so Id like to get something a bit bigger for more space
Nice vid! I don't drive so I use public transport alot. I'm up Dcotland a surprising amount for someone that lives 300 miles away without a car but transport there is great. I like citylink, they even go to Uig! Good to see you back out :)
That’s dedication! Love it. I’m currently without a car right now too, so have been exploring public transport options for quick trips. The next stops such as Blair Atholl, Dalwhinnie and Aviemore all offer walking and camping options too
@rory_scott all perfect! I've a hankering for the quirang - citylink from Inverness stops withing a mile or 2nofbit. Check them out as they are more reliable that trains in weather I've found! Stay safe and warm. Thank you for the amazing sunset / rises!
Thank you, appreciate the public transport option v. much!
Glad it was helpful! 😃
