Air fryer brioche: soft and easy to prepare!

- Mix and match ingredients based on season and much cheaper than buying bread rolls from the bakery!They can be air-baked in the air fryer or in the oven. You will love them!INGREDIENTS
1 whole egg
40g (3 tbsp) sugar
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
240ml fresh milk
60ml cooking oil
500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
METHOD
In a deeper bowl, add egg and sugar, then yeast, milk, and oil, mix everything and add flour, add salt while mixing. Knead a fine dough. Cover the dough and let it rise, to double.
Divide the dough into 9 parts, knead 90 g balls per ball and arrange in an oiled air fryer basket.
Bake the bread in the air fryer at 160°C for 15 minutes.

Tried it. 15min at 160. Burned top, raw rest. Not worth it
15 minutes @160°C is a to short banking time.
