I finally decided to build a CX500, and i thought i knew what i wanted until i saw this online today. Now its my desktop, and i cant be more excited for the build. Will def be checking out BBCR for parts.

I asked for refund - no response, asked for parts - lies about shipping, always behind but doesn’t care about customers or their money. I had a CX500 and it's a great handling machine. The front brakes could have been stronger but that was probably by design: any more would get most guys into trouble. But overall I could throw that thing around most things on the street OR in the woods: sort of a street/mountain hybrid. Of course it was a little underpowered. If I were to do this to a Honda CX, I would have chosen to do it to a 650T. Power to match the looks.
I totally agree with you on the 650 turbo but the only thing is that frame is not the same as a CX it's more like a GL frame, at least I'm pretty sure of it
I was Lead Master Tech at Honda when these came out. The infamous MALTED MILK MACHINE. Nice job. Could add a little volume to the exhaust, volume as in size, not D.B.s., perhaps a small megaphone or two, I like the headpipes, but not the sound at the tip of the exhaust. Overall nice job, excellent.
OMG!!! The best i'v seen so far!!! i have been watchinh cx500 for 2 weeks everyday now as i just bought one and want to make it a cafe. And this one is by far the best! i Think it's a 9.9 out of 10. All the best, Cristian from Romania.
Great bike ,I'd rather have the rear swing arm beefed up a tad as it wasn't designed to have a suspension point so close to the pivot , but fantastic looking

That exhaust is so understated, as well as the paint job! Kudos! If I had the money I’ll get that exact same spec but with a non-gold fork.
