So not gonna lie.. I hate glazing and very picky about the "dresses" I put on my pots! This will prob sit for 6 months before I decide to just open a bucket and dip it!
In 2004 I bought a brand new wheel and the contents of a ceramic shop. I took a class, but then work got in the way. Now I'm retired. Do you give private lessons? I'm 68. Thanks!
What a great teacher you are!! I always watch your videos before a day at the wheel!! Thank you for posting!!

You are a great teacher and I so appreciate your videos! If you open up on the west coast I am there! :)
Great!!!! Thank you very much. Greetings from Danmark. 🧡
Great tutorial. Congrats on your newest studio!
Re-watching your video. Question - if you open slower, will the rim stay centered? Lots of great information. Thanks
Some good tips in there I need to remember.
A bit on your glazing plan for the bowl would be a welcome addition.

Is the bevel of the rib towards or away from you? Thanks
Toward me. The clay hits the bevel first, that stops the tool from gouging the wall
On a bowl this size, about what is the target thickness for on the walls (when throwing)?
Do you do lessons?
