I notice you don’t use as much water as so many others, myself included. It seems that keeps the clay from getting too saturated and there would be less chance of collapse. Your techniques are so interesting and a bit different than I have done and what I have seen in other peoples’ videos here in the U.S. I feel there is plenty to learn from you. I sure can’t bend my right hand like you so will have to adapt. This video is so informative and I will be watching all of your videos. I have watched the wedging and one other so far. Thank you so much for sharing your skills!
There is a peacefulness watching you throw and teach. I really like how you repeat what you say because then it sinks in with me. Your work is so precise and beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
I love your videos ! They are so thorough, well narrated and clear! I have watched several of your videos numerous times and each time I have learned something new. Thank you for sharing your experience, knowledge and amazing talent. I eagerly look forward to your next video.
I've watched this video many times. I like your explanations as it helps with understanding the steps required to make a good bowl Thanks for sharing your techniques and process (from Ottawa, Canada).
very nice in our production work for 35 or 40 yeas we through many many bowls without the use of any tools at all but the trimming process might have been lengthier! ,and we were working in stoneware mostly! nice tool though! if I get potting again I'll buy a few for sure !
This is so helpful. You are an excellent, excellent teacher. Could you post this same instructional video LEFT HANDED? I cannot find any throwing videos for left-handed people. You explain things so well, and you are so gifted...could you do it?
Thank you for being such a great teacher. Your tutorial videos are all so detailed and helpful. Wishing you live in Vancouver, BC, so I can take your pottery classes! :)
