I hope you two realize how beautiful it is that you are helping others empower themselves. Thank you for the positive influence, knowledge, and inspiration you imbue.
Love this recipe and the freedom for variations. I have a silicone ice cube tray that I use as a mold. Each energy ball becomes a tsp bite. When I make balls, I often roll them in vegan protein powder. Thanks for sharing this recipe, guys! You rock!!!
This is my recipe that I make into bars all the time but you could make balls or cubes or whatever shape you want :) 350g chopped, pitted dates 90g raisins 150g walnuts/cashews/pistachios/etc. 75g hemp hearts/pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds 3 - 4 tbsp peanut butter (almond is delicious as well) 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch kosher salt I also do a coconut chocolate version with shredded coconut instead of the nuts and seeds and I add about 4 tbsp of cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
I love making different variations of energy balls. In this version I would use the unsulpherated natural dried apricots, but apart from that it looks great ~ thanks! :)
Dave & Steve...are you Twins? I guess so. I Love you both. You two are cute!!!!....and moreso the twin pears positioned at the corners on the board behind you. Wish you both roaring success!!!
Just made these with a slight remix of the ingredients because we never had everything on the list, added a bit of fruit Muesli, tasted great many thanks
Hey...The big book seller in my area says they can no longer get your books into their store. I'm on the west coast of Canada. Do you know why this is?

Love this thanks! Even if I can’t convert gram measurements 😂 I see that it’s equal parts dried fruit to nuts/seeds + flavorings. Easy-peasy!

100g dried fruit
Process.
Form into balls
Great quick recipe, thanks. Would be great if you could put the ingredients in the description below.
Thanks just added the ingredients there 👍🏼😄
I got your grams. So you need a scale to get the measurements?. So much easier to use cups ...tablespoon...teaspoon, etc.
looks great, glad you didn't add one of "Those" protein powders. What are the macros per ball?
How long can these last in the fridge for?
Ah smart trick to slice the apricots before you put them in the food processor. I need to do that next time thanks!
Using a scissors is a handy tip 😀
Looks fab! Will make when come back from holidays. Also, where is Steve's cool greens t-shirt from?
We can’t remember it’s so annoying 😭
Can more different protein balls please
Have you guys got a recipe for energy balls without nuts for back to school. My boys school has a strict no nut policy? Thanks
YO DUUUUUUUDDDEEES!
Do you know how long it would remain edible at room temp?

What's the best food processor to make nutbutter ? 🤨
Mohammed Alqam A Vitamix is the absolute BEST. Beats any other blender hands down!
Cacao and 100% peanut butter 🙂
I added oats and which gave it a creamier taste - preferred by the children.
Omg throbbing vains in his arm is about to burst!!!
