    Good job mate. Might come back with some questions at a later date.

    Hi. Great video and has helped me big style. Thanks for that. Question: the Visqueen under the concrete is left exposed, should this have been tucked up the external side of the OSB wall, then the DPM lapped over it and then cladding applied?

    looks great - have you found the insulation good enough and did you need to leave a ventilation gap behind it in the wall? thanks :-)

      Insulation has been very effective. The kit is locked in breather paper and ventilation was via trickle vents on the window and Eve vents.

    How far over the edge did you go with the 4 inch sole plate?

    • @redfrogarchery
      @redfrogarchery  5 років тому +1

      The sole plate fits flush with the edge of the concrete slab as that is the supporting structure.

      @@redfrogarchery thanks for the reply, just at 4.07 on the video it seems the sole plate is slightly proud of the edge of the concrete

    Bruh why was the rebar pushed into the concrete instead of pouring the concrete onto the rebar?

    • @redfrogarchery
      @redfrogarchery  6 років тому

      The rebar need to sit in the middle of the concrete, you can't pour half the depth then the rebar then the other half, it's a liquid
