For those with the professional competitive need for it, it is great. @@beace4436 either m4 pro models over the base m4. i think the base model m4 for only like 40 less is a bad deal. you can (and should) always get an external ssd. and the m4 pro's thunderbolt 5 ports will be useful in a year or so. extra fan, power boost mode, better chip, etc on the m4 pro.
I got my M4 Pro MacBook Pro Base Model this past week and trading in my M2 15 inch air and I absolutely loved it! Cause i paid more to upgrade 24gb ram on the MacBook Air, it was better just to do the trade in and get the Base M4 Pro since it already has 24gb ram and 512 SSD since I have multiple external storage drives and with the trade in I actually would only spend 1000-1100 after the trade in gets accepted which it will since I always take care of my tech
I upgraded from my 2017 I7 intel laptop to 14 inch m4 Pro and am completely in love with it, its rapid, which im used to from my S24 Ultra but to have it on a laptop is amazing.
For April fools 2025 you should do a video where you rock this outfit, go out to the woods somewhere, and have a ‘Chainsaw Pro Max’ (a whatever brand chainsaw painted white with apple stickers slapped on). But don’t cut anything down. Just have it be a sponsored video for an ecoflow battery or something. And don’t forget to show that same screenshot with the lumberjack comment at the end. And also this comment. I’m “the man who thinks all the time”, and I want credit haha (quoting you from a previous reply you gave to a different unsolicited idea)
I’m getting the m4 macbook pro after new years and I still don’t know which color I want! The silver is classic but the space black is just more special and (I think) more sleek. The silver is stronger in color tho, where the space black might/will chip around the ports and have more noticeable dust laying around.. Which one do I geeeeeet?
Save $200 by doing a build to order option. Get the cheapest one but upgrade only the storage. This is the way as long as you have the option to wait for delivery and don’t need it the same day for some reason.
I bought the MKA M3 16GB. I had problems with excel hanging. I traded it and bought the MKB pro 14 with 24GB and 512 SSD. I still get the occasional spinning wheel on excel.
Would you say the sweet spot is the Macbook Pro 14" / 16" with the M4 Pro chip and 48GB RAM for professional photographers, video editors and graphic designers? Or do you think the Bind MacBook Pro 16" with the M4 Max chip and 36GB RAM would be a better choice?

watching this on my m4 pro which arrived today...

@@beace4436 M4. Unless you're making money with the laptop, you don't need anything more than an M4.
Watching this on my 14” upgraded M1 Pro … I don’t see enough reason to change this wonderful machine
In the same boat! Unless you're doing extremely intensive work, these M1 pros will still excel for years to come.
me too

COST. ‘Cost’ does not change in the past tense. ‘Costed’ is wrong, and annoying.
@ ok and?? Do you always have to correct everyone?

@ I’m confused too buddy😅 whether to keep the black one or to exchange it for silver. My return/exchange window is still on!
What should I get the M4 Pro 12 core the base model for 1800$ or the M4 Pro 14 core with 1T for 2200$ ?
Does it worth the 400$ upgrade
i am also wondering this

Get the upgraded one it’s a good deal for the 4 more gpu and 2 more cpu in comparison to previous years
You can always get more storage with external harddrives ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The version of the m4 max chip with only 36gb of ram is kinda gay tbh
Does the base M4 run apps like FCP n Logic with breeze ?
should i buy rtx 4080 laptop or macbook m4 pro

Conspiracy theory: he doesn’t need glasses and the lenses are non prescription-it’s just a way to look more ‘nerdy’ and thus credible with tech stuff
the truth: I'm actually kinda blind/near sighted lmao. they're from SEE Eyewear! Local to me :) I forget the model and I think they're discontinued.
