Sourdough Soft Pretzels by the Simpleton

Soft pretzels are always a treat, and these sourdough soft pretzels from a Sourdough Simpleton recipe are just what this (retired) doctor ordered. A great taste, aroma and just the thing for a late night snack. As with other sourdough items I have made, this is non-dairy, really only being made with flour, water, sourdough starter and a bit of sugar and salt. Give it a try!

Thanks for the comment. I would add to be sure to roll the ropes out to about 22 inches or so to allow the formation of a nice pretzel shape. Please let me know how they turn out!
