    I searched for sourdough pretzels and upside lane came up. I started the dough and it’s resting. Tomorrow is the big reveal. I hope it works. Looking forward to look at all your content. ❤

    I watch all of the recipes, I make them all the time. No, after bath, coat with egg wash (1 egg 1 teaspoon water) and then salt. Bake at 450 for 12 min.

    Yummy, we just made some, and they taste a bit too good ! I kept watching the mixer spin next to your long hair. I put mine up to keep it out of the batter and to not get caught in the mixer ! Great stuff ! ❤

    Did you leave the dough overnight at room temp or in the fridge?
