    Hello coach why do I lose balance when on the way up ????

      There could be a number of factors, so it’s difficult to say without seeing you lift. For starters, however, make sure that you are keeping the bar close on the way up. Aiming for your nose is a good cue.

    I watched one of the recent meets you guys had, one of the girls had pretty extreme layback, which i know is fine and happens at heavy weights relative to the person, but 2 questions are: are the same muscles being trained when lifting at that angle, and is this something we should eventually incorporate or try to strive for, or is it something more for meets and competition?
