- The shooting took place at the Ashuluk interspecific training ground in the Astrakhan region. S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems hit targets imitating enemy missiles and aircraft. These maneuvers completed the training course for anti-aircraft missile troops to protect the country's air borders. .

I don't think it's highly maneuverable.. That missile is supersonic at best.. Slow and can be easily shot down

There electronic equipment is old enough to be in a museum. I heard that some countries which bought the S-300 kept the launcher systems but ditched the radar and replaced it with Chinese units.
Yes and No, They have designed S400 with absolute backward compatibility which means they are never outdated even s200 is compatible with s400. If the S400 finds a target it can still engage it with S300 missiles. Its Insane but they can actually communicate with each other. S400 can also pull data from older systems. crazy but true check it out man if you find something interesting hook me up.
this is an upgraded s300, you don't know anything. however, even the old Soviet s300 is much better than the Patriot complexes. the United States does not even have such technologies.

Not sure why iran, but Turkey has western planes which the S400 can then gather data (which the Russians will have access to) on particular air frames and system countermeasures. That's why Turkey was booted out of the F35 program.

they can shoot down drones. but Armenia put the complex in the mountains and because of the terrain the complex could not find the target. this is a big mistake. Armenians do not know how to fight like Azerbaijan and the Baltic states. you should also know that the s300 is always under the cover of the torus and s300 complexes and electronic warfare complexes. Armenia has none of the above. if used correctly, the s300 would have shot down the drone from a distance of 100 kilometers.

Great anti-air platform. The one serious drawback to all these SAMs is that they take time to get set up. Meaning if a plane is near by & detects them setting up that plane will that device into twisted metal in an instant💀⚰
