We did Pearl Pass this fall while knocking out all 6 CO BoH trails. Pearl was far and away our favorite with Holy Cross second. Great thing about Pearl is you see almost no one all day, in contrast to the San Juan trails. Doing this trail on my 60th birthday was the best present ever.
“The road less traveled...” seems to be the one you two are looking for! Your vids are addictive. The views in this one are just incredible. Thanks for sharing with us flatlanders.
I ran Pearl over 2 days last year. I camped on the trail as I like to enjoy myself and I'm not in a hurry. I also fished the crested butte side and found the best fishing ever !! After running over 100 Colorado trails it's in my top 5 best ever.
Wow these 2 guys realy help you out! That was a lot of snow to shovel!!! That is the beauty of this sport, you always meet realy good people on the trail that they are always happy to help you. Good job guys! Good driving kevin!
My wife and I are buying a JL Rubicon for our retirement. We plan to off road from AZ to AK in retirement. We have been watching your videos and adding trails to our list. Pearl Pass is in it now. We are setting our jeep up very similar to yours.
Ted Wiborn as sick as this is you guys gotta make sure you fully understand how to drive and actually learn without just hopping in something insane. Some people think because they have too of the line gear they can make it trough anything. Anyways, good luck and have fun.
Kevin, you're a mad man. You two really make me miss being out on the trails in the Black Hills of SD with my old Yukon 2 door. Illinois has nothing like the trails out in CO, WY, SD.
So glad I ordered the steel bumpers; taking the end caps off and going 3” lift & 35s. Only fire trails though ... mine will mostly be a mall crawler - won’t lie.
You guys are my favorite new channel to watch! Great content awesome atmosphere and you guys seem to never let anything get in the way! That was some serious pucker factor for Kev, his face was priceless getting out of the jeep!! Keep up the good work and I'd love to wheel with you guys some day :)
Kevin Williams that's so awesome. Well keep me in mind. I'm in socal, live rural unincorporated and have a Lot of nearby trails and parks to wheel at! You guys can crash on my property.
Every time I watch your videos...I just want to yell at the top of my lungs while kicking myself in the ass... for not owning a jeep while I spent my 10.5 years living in Colorado... My dad had an '88 when they were out there, but it was stock. We did go on a few trails, like one out of the ghost town of Caribou NW of Nederland, but only got a little ways in cuz it got swampy and he didn't have any recovery items... We also hit Left hand Canyon out of Boulder, the Switzerland Trail, and Pennsylvania Gulch off Switzerland Trail out of a lil town called Sunset that made it's way to an old gold mine... I have a "92 YJ now, all modded up now...but live in Florida, so... no beautiful scenery like that anymore. Thank you for documenting all this fun... I do miss Colorado, but I'm glad to be back to my home state... We do have some decent trails, but NOTHING like what Colorado has to offer...
tip: when traversing a side slope in slippery conditions keep your front wheels pointed straight across to the direction you want to go. soon as you turn up hill you lose momentum and your back axle will slide down hill till you straighten your front tires. also your back will slide anyway you drive, but not as much as if your wheels are in line with your rear tires. with my lockers on some times creates more slipping then without lockers.
I am gonna add Pearl Pass (minus the snow drifts) to my list of Wanna Do’s. Plan on doing Mosquito Pass, Deer Creek/St John’s on our way to Ouray this fall. Then do Poughkeepsie Gulch/Animas Forks/Silverton. The next day Imogene Pass to Telluride on our way to Moab... First trip for the JLUR
Just found your channel and watched a bunch. Great stuff. You two should look into hand held radios like Rugged Radios when you are filming and he is inside. Keep up the good work
I went from dealer to dealer with the latest offer. One was willing to do MSRP the next dealer was willing to do invoice pricing the next dealer was willing to do 5% below. I had an offer in another state for even less but I had to use their financing which wasn't worth it. It depends on the dealer what their sales people are willing to do.
I got mine on January 8 not many dealers had jeeps i didnt order i just picked mine it has every option except colored finders and top and head liners other than that it got it all They war willing to do 2700$off msrb thats it
We've got some good place like that in Saudi Arabia, but diffidently without snow lol! I try to take my jeep there as possible as I can, but most of my time I am over clouds :(
This reminds me of the type of riding we have up in BC, Canada. I think I will stick to my 4 wheeler when it comes to riding on edge of a cliff. A little less money tied up if I have to bail and watch vehicle tumble off cliff. Kevin has more guts than me. I'm thinking life insurance must be pretty good, as your other half keeps smiling. LOL
Could you guys please add a comparison of the land cruiser vs jL And if you think the investment is worth the difference Thanks Awesome videos keep it up
Now that you have run the budget boost for a little while - on both jeeps - truly what are your thoughts on it? For what it is, it looks like it flexes well. I know its not a long arm kit with 20 inches of travel.....you guys have run it through some pretty wicked stuff and it looks to be doing well.
Mt. Antero to the east is wicked gorgeous as well...Ive tried 3 times w no success for various reasons. The last time i had to back down 700 meters of fresh snow...scary as hell!!!
Might I suggest getting something like the DJI Osmo 2 or the new Freefly Movi so you can stabilize your video? Love the content, but one of these gimbals would take your videos to the next level!
My wife and I are close to Fairplay, CO. Do you know of a Jeep group that consistently drives the trails in this area? Do you have any resources, groups or websites that lists Colorado trails a Stock JKU Wrangler Rubicon Recon with a new driver can handle? I really enjoy your videos. Thank you.
Kevin Williams, apparently it might be a while. I have ordered my JL ruby unlimited but now they have switched LED suppliers and they don't know when it will be in. Just my luck!!! I am going to miss my F-150, but cannot wait for my jeep!!! Definitely hit you up on Facebook!!!
Kevin Williams, that is a very true statement! I got another one for you, what will I enjoy more ... off-roading with it or upgrading the you know what out of it?!!
Did Wile E Coyote teach you nothing? I was waiting on the Jeep to slide down the hill, nearly surviving until the winch rock came behind and squished Kevin and the jeep.
I love you two. You rock. I had to show my husband this and he couldn't believe it. Where ever you were it's beautiful.

Guys, Jeep should sponsor you. Awesome vids! They totally show that the Wrangler is capable
There ya go, Kev! Sounds like the perfect bumper sticker for your JL 😆

You guys are a blast to watch....
Awsome way to break in the winch. Nice background scenery
Dam Kevin living on the edge!!! Love it
That was Brilliant. Absolutly Beautiful. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.
So glad I ordered the steel bumpers; taking the end caps off and going 3” lift & 35s. Only fire trails though ... mine will mostly be a mall crawler - won’t lie.
Somehow you guys make some of the most entertaining Jeep off road videos on UA-cam !
Kevin Williams kevin. Agree😂. It is fun to watch you beat on that new JL
I agree
let alone all the excitement that Kevin makes for you,the views that you get too see......
It is this dude! Love his adventurous spirit!
You gotta have faith in the jeep and the driver operating it, I'm really loving these vids it gets interesting.
Well done! Had me on the edge here in my man chair!
Looking at you is breathtaking Brett
What a beautiful place, awesome video as usual 👍🏻.
Nice job, time to get a Pull-Pal so you can set the winch anchor wherever you want! Thumbs up, great trail

Awesome video! I like that place, wish I could take my jeep to there.

I m gonna buy 2 door Rubic after you proved that jeep is capable 🤩
You need to make shirts that say
"There ya go"
Or "What Are You Doin Kev!"

The key to snow wheeling low air psi 2-10# and stay off the skinny peddle. Lockers help to

I was seriously scared for you two on that snow pack.HOLY CRAP
"dont try this at home" well i dont have an ice mountain in my house
JUST LOVE YOU VIDEOS! SOOO FUN TO WATCH!!
Lol I couldn’t imagine why the guys be happy digging all that snow with small shovels but awesome you made it
So glad youtube recommend your channel to me. Looking forward to your jeep adventures.
When I watch your videos, my butt is puckered up the entire time!!!!!!!
I hate those tight little trails on cliffs, I always run into someone going the other direction every single time.
Keep it tight Kevin.. keep it tight.
Spectacular country. I would have puckered a hole in my seat crossing that snow pack.
I am glad you guys made it safe. But please be careful. All it takes is one mistake.
Just found your channel and watched a bunch. Great stuff. You two should look into hand held radios like Rugged Radios when you are filming and he is inside. Keep up the good work
Kevin looks like a young JERRY THE KING LAWLER wrestling commentater great video
Ordered a Mojito! Rubicon back in mid April... and I'm still waiting. Can't complain too much since I got it 5% below invoice.

We've got some good place like that in Saudi Arabia, but diffidently without snow lol! I try to take my jeep there as possible as I can, but most of my time I am over clouds :(

With all the companies trying to sell to you, it’s nice to get an honest reply...thanks
Just crazy!
You think mine echo could make it up with the right tiers?
I miss living out there...Love Pearl and Aspen passes... did you head over to Crystal and Marble?
Not this time around, but they're definitely on our list!
Mt. Antero to the east is wicked gorgeous as well...Ive tried 3 times w no success for various reasons. The last time i had to back down 700 meters of fresh snow...scary as hell!!!
Enjoy you guys immensely...Keep it up!
I would have gone with 4-high instead, and pedal on the mat.
Naaa... not really.
Might I suggest getting something like the DJI Osmo 2 or the new Freefly Movi so you can stabilize your video? Love the content, but one of these gimbals would take your videos to the next level!
I suppose you get an adrenaline rush at the prospect of a rollover. Does the Jeep have an incline gauge?
My wife and I are close to Fairplay, CO. Do you know of a Jeep group that consistently drives the trails in this area? Do you have any resources, groups or websites that lists Colorado trails a Stock JKU Wrangler Rubicon Recon with a new driver can handle? I really enjoy your videos. Thank you.
What type of Sunglasses are those on your face at 3:11 Very cool

Hands were sweating.
What month/date was this? Thinking about giving Pearl Pass a shot around June 15th.
Late June. It uploaded July 8th so prob June 25th
Lite Brite 2019? I read the Aspen side never opened in 2019 because of two large avalanches.
What is the name of your sunglasses? They are cool
Aaron Walker They're by Blenders Eyewear!!!
Was scrolling through looking for this answer :) You two have a great vlog, keep it up!
Kevin if/when I go offroading, I will want you guys there! Love your channel!! Brit, LOVE those glasses!!! Ummm it is Brittany, right?

Kevin Williams, apparently it might be a while. I have ordered my JL ruby unlimited but now they have switched LED suppliers and they don't know when it will be in. Just my luck!!! I am going to miss my F-150, but cannot wait for my jeep!!! Definitely hit you up on Facebook!!!
Lite Brite, Yay! You rock at picking lines! See what I did there?! Lol!
Kevin Williams, that is a very true statement! I got another one for you, what will I enjoy more ... off-roading with it or upgrading the you know what out of it?!!
Best line ever ... Kevin, what are you doing?!! Lol! That one caused tears. Will be laughing at that for a month!
You guys need coordinates so I can find these places
Did Wile E Coyote teach you nothing? I was waiting on the Jeep to slide down the hill, nearly surviving until the winch rock came behind and squished Kevin and the jeep.
Chains.
Why are men being yelled at like small children?
Giving me a fucking heart attack
So loud this girl is.. somtimes its ok to take the back seat you know! Good video though😒
