Loving your guys videos! I’ve been recovering from a brutal surgery for four weeks now and have been living vicariously through all the overland and Jeep channels since I’m stuck at home. Thanks for making my recovery better!
It is true, the trails are one of the few places left where strangers always stop to help strangers in need. Back in the city we are 99% of the time on your own and no one cares about your problems. Side note,....another sick video guys ! 👍
I just got a JKU and have been hooked on your channel after finding it last week while searching through Jeep videos on UA-cam. Great job on conquering the Rubicon Trail, and for making awesome videos!
After being on the trail and getting beat up and banged up , it always amazes me how nice my Jeep drives once its back on pavement. But its always a good time going off road. Another great video!! What an awesome trip you guys had!!
Another great video! You two truly put the off-road in Jeep. Also, what is soo impressive is your calmness and demeanor through all obstacles. Lastly, I love the fact you you were helping Jason and then all helped you. Keep posting!
I've been over the Rubicon and watched my fair share of videos to relive that experience. I have to say that this series of videos now ranks as one of my favorites. Some takeaways: 1. Really impressed with the articulation of that metal cloak suspension. 2. I just recently started following this channel and I was skeptical about these first-timers on the Rubicon, and then the girl starts barking out these smart driving directions and just does a great job of spotting. Time to eat crow. 3. I' m not sure if you knew what you were getting into but it looks like your companions dragged you over the more difficult lines on the Rubicon. Outstanding work guys.
The "tough but fun" lines of Rubicon, for sure. :) Also, I'm while everybody is yelling for bead locks, I'd just like to point out how well those tires performed. They seem to stay on the rim rather well, and the grip seems excellent, not to mention how much punishment they took!
Gotta say, you trail tested them the hard way. :D Still, someone ought to make a shoutout to the engineers at Milestar. Maybe if we tell them that we like them, they might make more nice tires for us to play with ? :)
TBH, the first episode I watched on this channel was because it was that smokin hot "girl" with the caption what we don't like about our Rubicon. I was thinking of buying so I wanted to know. Then as I watched videos, I realized that "girl" has a great eye for seeing lines.
I know y'all are done with this now, but if you ever have to use a high lift again, take a rope, a piece of chain, strap, or whatever you have, and tie it around the high lift and the tow hook on the bumper, That way if it comes lose it will have something holding it from shooting out and hitting someone. Great video's, Y'all sure know how to have fun.
There goes the tire, LOL. Still super impressed they held the bead that long and then able to re-seat and keep going. The rig and the tires are both super impressive!
It's one thing to go out and video all this but the editing is what makes it extra good. You do a great job editing and I appreciate all your time you take to do it.
Looks like an adventure. I really get a kick watching others do this trail. It always looks way more difficult to me. Hate to jinx myself but ive yet to lose a bead after all these years, been close, lost air but no beads as of yet. Fingers crossed. First time we did the trail, when we were back offtrail at the hotel and were going for breakfast our radiator let go and was done. Very lucky. We take 140lbs of tools with us as well as many spare parts like axle shafts, drive shafts and tie rod ends. Never know on the Rubicon what you will break.
Wonderful video as always. You are absolutly right to keep an eye on those high lift jacks. Good jacks. Mine is over 40 years old. I had a handle that was under pressure when it kicked on me. It was an extra long handle that when it kicked, it came up from underneath and brushed my jaw. An inch of two to the left I would not be here. As it was it took 22 stitches to completely reattach my earlobe. I was very lucky that day.
Wow, what a adventure you guys had. Awesome time. Glad to see not to much damage to the jeep. Always take extra stuff for the unexpected happening. Good to see you make it out ok and safe.
Wow! Never a dull moment in this rubicon trail. Broken radiators, tail lights, and more close calls. Glad yall had fun and Jeep made it out in 1 piece! Would you say this trail/trip was your toughest yet?
Love the goo fix! My dad broke his thermostat housing on his 63 International Scout on a trail run, used JB Weld, and that housing lasted for years. Guess he left it that way to see how long it would last.
Old trucker tip...to reinflate a tire that won't seat, spray ether, wd40, or some other flammable aerosol into the tire around the gap between the rim and bead, toss a match in and boom..instant reseat...BTW Brit..luv the braided hair look...had to comment on that..I'm old..not dead. cheers
I didn't know it was an old trucker tip... but I watched a coworker get knocked out doing it in our shop when I was 19 years old. Guess it's not as deadly "on" the vehicle than off.
@@CactusHugrAz For sure you have to be careful how much you spray, and only do it as an emergency fix..also wear safety glasses etc. Did it some when I was hauling logs around Peace River..roads were savage, full of rocks and stumps..losing a bead back in the bush was no fun. cheers
Awesome series on Rubicon trail, a lot of fun and tough driving, as far as some of the trail damage goes you didn't have too many. That exhaust though took a few good hits. I recently installed the Flowmaster cat-back and it tucks up really nice, but it is a little louder than I expected.
What a blast. It's the crazy things that happen that makes a trip more memorable, lol. And you guys are not easily missed. Maybe I'll see ya on a trail some day but I'm pretty much stuck in Florida. Ive been cross Country 3x and the only State I haven't visited yet is Alaska.
I don't know how much you've researched into the event but there are thousands of Jeeps. They have various difficulties of obstacles to crawl over and when I went a few years ago we all got to do a circle on the Daytona International Speedway. Had a great time!
Great guys, now I need to go to the Rubicon more than ever. FYI, you could get a hitch stinger and then leave your spare on all the time, rather than taking up valuable space inside. Thanks for sharing your awesome Jeep adventures!
That spot that got your tail light is the spot where I broke my muffler hanger on the way up (big rock at the bottom). If you remember my exhaust stack heading into Rubicon springs lol.
Nice work you two! We were just up at the end of the trail and into Chambers Lodge then up to Tahoe City! This is the perfect time of year to be out there!
One of the better Rubicon videos! Looks like a blast! Stressful too though, I don't know if I could take 4 straight days of being puckered like that, lol. I'd love to see you two do a collaboration with Autoedits Jason at some point. It'd be cool seeing my two fav Jeep youtubers out on the trail together.

You guys are hilarious! So, always carry JB Weld, it would have saved you the round trip to Rubicon Springs and back. How to fill an unseated tire: 1) get the wheel off the ground, 2) clean out as much dirt or mud as you can, 3) put a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire (right down the middle) and tighten until the tire bulges out, 3) use an air source, preferable a power tank or CO2 tank cranked up to 200PSI to pop the tire back onto the bead, but don't overfill the tire. Just use the pressure to shock the tire onto the rim bead. Don't ever put 200PSI in your tire! Once it's seated you may have to deflate a bit to remove the strap--remove strap, fill to desired pressure, put away tools, and resume fun. I need beadlocks too, but for some reason I've never lost a bead at 12PSI with stock rims on my JL or JK before... But I've reseated a ton of tires for others... And I must disagree with Hector down there. The Rubicon put you to the test, not the other way 'round. Next time will be easier. Kevin Williams, you should mount it where I did. I have a 10lb tank mounted to the left side C member of the roll cage. It occupies no room that you are currently using. Awesome Rubicon series, thank you.... Question though... You couldn't fit the spare tire inside the Jeep with him? Looked like there was enough room, especially if you put the Rad on top..

Okay I think it's been long enough we need a return of the red shorts for the damage video possibly?
Awesome we're thinking heading for Rubicon this year one of the closer trails to our place 6 hour drive is not bad okay make it 8 hours have to stop at Sparks Nevada to four wheel drive parts glad you guys made it back out of their safe looks like a awesome awesome Trail

If ya'll get the chance to make it to North Carolina, there is the Uwharrie National forest. With some nice trails. If you do decide to make the trip, post some dates, and I'll wheel with you guys. Love your videos keep up the good work.
Watching these videos made my buttocks pucker a few times. That was some gnarly driving. Very impressed with machine and skillz. And minimal damage. Fine trip indeed. Should you find yourself in AZ, I'll bounce around with ya. Thanks for the jeep porn, always enjoy the videos.
Yo u guys r the best thanks for the ride. Three days on the trail crazy. Much love from Philly!
I like your off road is the best chanel
Great job on the video. Good to see both vehicles make it off trail.
Awesome Rubicon series, thank you.... Question though... You couldn't fit the spare tire inside the Jeep with him? Looked like there was enough room, especially if you put the Rad on top..
Some really awesome knarly wheeling I cant wait to wheel the Rubicon Trail.
Great job guys! Loved every minute!
You guys are the real deal. Any footage from the campgrounds? Should be pretty funny.

Lite Brite rock and roll!!!!!

I was there at the Marlin round up. Didn't see you guys though. And yea, welding aluminum on the trail most are not equipped for. And Hell you guys need to drive more spot less :)..lol
perhaps I spoke too soon.. I left a land cruiser at the bottom of the big sluce one time,, it took me a week to fix it and get it out.
Sorry for that Land Cruiser but Jeep there is only one. Well done guys!!
I like how the dude pushing the mirror thinks he can scoot the entire jeep over with a quick shove LMFAO . I also really love the Diners Drives and Dives Guy Fierri music between scenes lol . Time for an on board mini compressor . Off subject have you ever thought about adding a French speaking parrot to the show he would be a great spotter . Ps don’t get hung up on your dick plz don’t at 15:56 lol 😂.
Awesome trip, awesome video...thanks for sharing your experiences. "Only in a Jeep!"
When are yall coming back to CA you should check out Oceano dunes ... We would love to have yall..
