You're going to LOVE this homemade vegan tiramisu recipe. My great grandpa loved making tiramisu, and I wanted to create an eggless and dairy free version so that I can still enjoy it, and so you can too!
This vegan tiramisu is layered with espresso-soaked homemade vegan ladyfingers (which are easier than they look- if you've ever made a cupcake batter, you can make these!), a homemade dairy free mascarpone cream, and vegan whipped cream that's been dusted with rich cocoa powder.
It's absolutely heavenly, and no one is going to believe that this is eggless and dairy free. You're going to love it!! Enjoy!

Great recipe! I made the lazy version with store-bought Ladyfingers (at least in Germany they are Vegan)! Because you said, you try not to use Klingfilm: we never have Kling in the house, than you see, there are 101 possibillities to use other things instead....but Bakingpaper isn't a good Substitute for environment, because it's mostly layered with Silicone! Thanks for the delishious recipe, with regards from Hamburg!

I really like the look of this recipe. BTW you are actually using tofu. The process of making your mascarpone is coagulating soy milk, which is tofu curds before pressing. IDK why there’s a soy thing, but I love tofu and frequently make tofu at home. I’m wondering how silken tofu would work.
Can anyone help me, if you dont have a cheese cloth to make the mascarpone cheese is there maybe another option ?

Is it ok to reduce the aquafaba? The times i made meringue without reducing it turned flat in the oven 😢
Of course! I can never whip my aquafaba up to stiff peaks when it still has all that water in it
