Actually, group building isn't such a good idea, usually the owner/co-owner will end up yelling, or telling you not to build there. I prefer making my own, but guys, remember you need to have BC.

They named Pros of Personal Servers, but not the Cons, such as, people spamming, placing C4 everywhere, and of coarse exploits, all of these factors combine to ruin good games that people build, take for instance, if I were an exploiter, I could join a game, nuke it (Lol), and it would save. Sure, you can revert, but anything the server failed to save from the last save, is lost (Q.Q).

And they never had a ban tool you could use a ban tool but... It wont ban them from the server perma. They can just rejoin... Its pretty much a kick tool.

It's really stupid of ROBLOX to make a save feature Builders Club only, like really. That feature should be free to everyone, but now it's useless to make a place specifically for building only due to the save feature being Builders Club only.
11 years ago people still had an unrealistic expectation on ROBLOX. To be fair for the company, they are offering you a free way to make things and explore with ROBLOX Player and Studio, the subscriptions such as BC and Premium are vital for the funding a company needs to grow and expand into a larger audience and technical phenomenon.
Suggestion to personal servers, Can you make the certian bricks anchored? Like when I build my music studio, My friend (not pointing names) rams it with a truck or when i finsh building my castle or spaceship it ends up just sliding across the map and then i'm like "Noooooo!!! aw man, the stamper tool is always keeping me down, i want the old tools back! not this dang thing that pn;y uses bricks and basic parts given too you, i want the ROBLOX stuidio enabled personal place, Roblox Stuido lets you flex and create more complicated things than just castles
