Summer Solstice Yoga | 20 Minutes

Hey, ya'll! Today's video is SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA. This practice is all about honoring & reconnecting with your inner light. During this video we will be doing Sun Salutations & some Solar Plexus poses to help us connect to the light within us. We end with a short meditation. Be sure to listen to your body, modify as needed, & come out of any postures that don't feel right. Take rests if you need to. Let me know what you think of this video in the comments.
