Thanks for sharing these great tips. A few weeks back I started weight training at the gym a couple of hours a week and my legs can make it through a 80km ride the day after (main concern was not being able to perform on the bike as usual) It is also great you all emphasised the importance on nutrition, many riders I know don't even drink! It would be great to see Sue again on specific women training, maybe about plyometrics 🤔
Question is how do i lose upper muscle to lean out lol 😮 from a fitness physique back ground.muscle memory is very good it doesn't take long to regain thsn from the beginning.lol,🍺
If you do a couple of strength sessions a week with upper body this happens over time. The thing to get across is with the focus on the bike riding and volume of riding compared to strength volume means you will loose muscle bulk and keep strength from the gym sessions which is what you want. 😎👍🏼
