Syed Akhtar Ali Shah, who has served as the Additional Inspector General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was among the first officers to lead operations against Taliban (TTP) in Swat and played a significant role in drafting KP’s Police Reforms.

whenever you type the designation of a police officer as AIG it apperas in police language as Assistant Inspector General Police which is usually used for an SSP who is posted in Central Police Office as AIG.
Instead you should write complete and clear designation as Additional IGP or Addl. IGP.
I hope that you will consider my suggestion.

When such exemplary officers have been unable to make a difference in the past 74 years, there is no hope for the future, specially considering that the intellectual and moral standards of the civil service (and of the nation in general) have degraded even further.
I don't find even iota of difference. Pity the nation. You correctly pointed the actual reasons. Hence, tunnel looks for its end...for light.....but the tunnel doesn't end. Looks it shall continue. Pity the Pakistan.
exactly what i thought, and when you open tcm you will find that these high ranked officers are humble, brave and clean as angels but when you go to govt offices you will find such officers to be rude arrogant and corrupt and the most obvious proof of it is the current condition of this country, i don't know if these people are telling the truth or they are just making all this up, or perhaps apart from the few things that they said they have done nothing and thats why the country is in ruins today

Maybe the reason why there hasn't been any change is because these officers (and others like them) have all been duplicit and hypocrites. They are sharing stories about their greatness and honesty when in reality, they too were like the typical civil servant
@@salman_nav You are not too much wrong, either. I am a govt servant and have learnt that an officer, normally, lives for his ACRs, by not performance but by flattering. These pseudo brave officers can't dare speak a single dissenting WORD before his senior. And during service they happily sing 'Boss is always right'. After retirement they find fault in system and become dreamy story taller. They are paracite to Pakistan . Senior police officers get postings in my department and we all see them how they loot public exchaqure.

اس کی مثال آپ خود دیکھ لیں کہ کوئی ایس ایچ او کوئی بڑی کارروائی کرتا ہے تو ہیڈلائن بنائی جاتی ہے کہ فلاں سی پی او کے احکام پر فلاں ایس پی کی نگرانی میں فلاں ایس ایچ او نے یہ کام کیا.
جب وہی ایس ایچ او کسی گندے کام میں پکڑا جاتا ہے تو کوئی ہاتھ نہیں رکھتا اس کا کریڈٹ بھی انہیں افسران کو جانا چاہیے.

14:00 Lashkar e Taiba had and has nothing to do with TTP. They don't share same jurisprudence and hence they can't act along in the same way nor it's possible. Moreover, Lashkar e Taiba operates in Kashmir against Indian forces, while TTP acts against slave state of Pakistan ask the Bitch of West.
Secondly, the groups who were/are active in KPK/FATA and struggle there, all of their main leaders are from KPK and FATS itself. Although the groups contain members from all across Pakistan. This is the difference, you want division in form of provinces and bla bla. But as the groups are Islamist, they're all united under umbrella of Islam rather than an identity of a nation that just got existence in 1947. More than that, a failed nation, deprived of common sense, logic, and knowledge, killer of their own people, materialist. That's the definition of people of Pakistan.
