I was confused by the 16 flowers and made it very long but still very good. Instead of giving it to my younger sister, I will use it instead.

1Sl st before the last chain, and then the last chain will be 2sl st in one hook, after that crochet in the opposite direction and sl st in the next chain.

Make a long foundation chain until to the length you want. By using a ruler to measure :)
