The Albanian Diaspora is huge and must be behind her. If they can send Duje to the final, a non-ESC solely for the Albanosphere song, in 2023, they can def send Besa in 2024. She has worked her butt off on this revamp. Albania, an underdog, always sends polished and quality entries but is never rewarded for it.
I do think the chances are high that we go to the final now tbh

To answer your question, countries have until mid march to submit their entry. They can do a revamp like Albania or, as sometimes in the past, even change their song completely (for example like Belarus in 2013 or Malta in 2016 and 2022 did)
This year besides Albania, also Malta did a revamp and Czechia is doing one that has yet to be released.
Yhh i think we’ll make the final now too. Strong entry now. Yhh always seen countries revamp but never know the rules

If we Albanians send Genta Ismajli - Nuk dua tjetr we could’ve won Eurovision.
If we would’ve send Ciljeta Xhilaga - Vetm Ti we would’ve won again Eurovision .
If would’ve send Zanfina Ismajli - Ti sdo tja dish per mua , we could’ve won again Eurovision Again.
If Eneda Tarifa would have represented us with another song that won Festival of Kenga Magjike she could have won even Eurovision.
If Ledina Celo represented us with her song : Te ndjej te huaj we could have one Eurovision.
If Juliana Pasha and Luiz Ejlli choosed another song of them : Sa e shite Zemren they could have won Eurovision.
Damn we have lost so many opportunities to win Eurovision is very sad , all bcs of Fik Festival that choose the singer and song that will representent our Albanian Music Art for Eurovision .
Albania have gived to World many world wild know superstar singers like: ,Dua Lipa ,Action Branson,Gashi,Bebe Rexha, Ava Max, Rita Ora,Ilira ,Enisa ,Ermal Meta ,Claddy,Eleni Fouraria ,Ana Oxa and many more .
Is Fik Festival fault that represents us in this way.
Albania , Greece ,Romania and Italy produce the best music in Europe along with Sweden .
Is sad to see your country not win while you have many worldwide known superstar in world that are loved by billon of fans .
Romania and Albania should change the festival that pick who will representest them in Eurovision Song Contest.
I can’t understand how Albania and Romania have so much talent singers and loved by Europe and they don’t invite them to compete.
They are afraid bcs festival organizers don’t fund them well .
Albania could have send : Dafina Zeqiri,Tuna,Elvana Gjata or other
Romania could have send: Inna, Alexandra Stan,Akcent ,Di Maya etc
So it doesnt really matter what the song was in the national final, in 2015 Elhaida Dani SANG A WHOLE DIFFERENT SONG

I think just updating the albanian version itself wouldve been much better... Now the song is a more basic and uninteresting version of itself. Lyrically generic. Lost some personality.. Which is what actually tends to get songs through rather than language or a certain genre. Loke the rap is now totally boring for no reason.
Building on strengths rather than trying to adjust to the rest. Like they did somewhat with Karma.
But I'm saying this as a non albanian albania in eurovision "stan" so maybe the mainstream viewership will think completely different
