I soooo loved the scrap bin at work. Many neat things were made from unwanted pieces. This is great for what you are wanting to do bud. For sure, you can't weld dirt eh. See ya next post bud.
Now I gotta go watch the next episode. I have to see how this pivoting sled/Jay-Zvise works with a stationary(?) grinder wheel. Seem that would do a linear reduction instead of flat grinding. Can't wait to see how this comes together. Great job, Tim. Keep 'em coming back for more. Great production technique.
Ooohh my brother, it's been so long since I've had a chance to a master at work, I apologize for being so rude. Lol. Great video as always Tim!!! See you soon.
Hello my friend, new subscriber here. I am building something like this as well. I am building a surface grinder but I ned to make mine so that I can mount it to other things like lathes and machines that I need to refurbish.
Love the videos....was wanting to to watch the vids on making the pneumatic press, but they seem to be gone😥. Do you teach any classes since I am local to your location?

Where did you get the magnet from? Or did you make it?

I think your frame rate is matching the spinning speed of the end mill. The bit doesn't even look like it it turning.
