Gorgeous homes! I personally love that they're high ceilings rather than massive cathedral ceilings. Keeps that cozy vibe. I think the first home is my favorite, but I will say that any time there's an opportunity to put the kitchen sink at a window, don't shove it on the island. What I love about Texas homes is that you all can build out so much more often than up. All that house on one floor with a nice yard is amazing. You all have space! Thanks for the tours!

This is beautiful I love it. ❤ There is only a few things I would change is the color of the kitchen I like white color and I don't want any carpet but you got my attention with this home 😊Thanks for sharing

Hey Alexander, the great room ceiling height is 14’ which gives it that spacious feel! Also, these lots are on 1-2+ acres, which gives a lot more outdoor room for extracurricular activities! Thank you for watching 👏🏼
