For a home this size, you should have at the minimum 5 bathrooms. Yet the home is 6 bed 3 1/2 bath. Also, the flooring is vinyl which is hard plastic. For a house this size I want real wood floors, two master closests , a junior suite, and more linen closets. There was only 1 linen closet in a home with 6 bedrooms.
Also, your in texas, i do not want 20ft ceilings. In 2023 we had 30+ days straight of 100 degree temperatures, so i would imagine that the electricity bills are around $700+ peronth.

Absolutely beautiful homes. The people that decorate these homes are excellent at their jobs , except for when it comes to TVs. So we definitely need to get over the whole fireplace thing. Those were needed back in the day when nobody had central AC and heating. Now they just get in the way. If you want a fireplace and they have very nice ones on so aftermarket that you can place anywhere you want to in your house and theyre not in the way. Like The second house shown here, that TV is too small. And it is too high. They are practically giving away 100 inch TVs at Best Buy for $2000 and $3000. Nobody’s putting those little TVs in their living room anymore. And if I own the second home. I literally would just put a beautiful TV stand and 100 inch TV on it. in front of the fireplace and you would not even know I owned a fireplace. Because people would rather have a totally awesome TV experience watching movies or games. Then have a pointless fireplace sitting right there hogging up space in the living room. So I would tell decorators to keep that in mind.just a friendly reminder that things have changed these days.
