I took on the Quarterfinals Battle 1 (MEN) from the Flybarz Cup, and surprisingly, it went really well - even without specific training! 💪😎
💥 Routine:
✅ 3 Muscle Ups (+10 kg)
✅ 15 Dips (+40 kg)
✅ 10 Pull Ups (+20 kg)
✅ 30 Push Ups
✅ 20 Goblet Squats (+20 kg)
✅ 5 Muscle Ups (+5 kg)
⏱ Final Time: 5 min 20 sec
This challenge was tough but super fun! I’d love to be part of a competition like this one day. Who else would try this? 🔥💯
