Sorry but your understanding of the science is wrong. NC gases are an issue really only if you can trap the gas in a location eg inside a standard test pack. Or in a vessel at a heavy point. The dryness is an issue if you find wet loads and the packing is taken out wet. In that case it's way more likely to be a packing or loading issue. Superheat is not a problem ever unless your trying to meet a standard eg the empty chamber test. But keep up the misinformation as its great for sales....

It is not required to be tested when used for sterilization in sterile manufacturing? Can you provide supporting guidance to your points?
@@PHARMAVEN To stop me boring you with details on the subject (we can talk off line if you want) The history of steam testing is long and what is required by the authorities is not based on :- 1 what is really an issue eg what potential harm can be caused 2 Is a good set of test techniques to find out what the actual values of the 3 parameters are. The whole subject is too long to discus in a YT comment. I recommend you search for steam quality innovations and look at the articles what is discussed covers one of my points. BTW I was not meaning to say you were benefiting in sales. Others are.
