    Hi sir,
    I have doubt on that 30mins sterilization Hold time.. why 30mins sterilization is required to keep in autoclave sterilization??? Could you please clarify sir ???

      6 log achieved in 121 degrees 6 minutes when D value is 1
      Worst case scenario, 2.5 D value, it will take 15 Minutes at 121 degree C
      To have an Overkill approach of 12 log reduction, 121 degree C at 30 minutes applied

      Why we have to calculate leathality from 100 to 100 degree Celsius... Can u give clarity sir??
